I just watched a clip on SBS news. It showed ethnic Albanians booing and jeering at Macedonian security forces as they left Kumanovo. It also showed one man claiming that there were no terrorists in Kumanovo at all and that he didn't know why the police were even there. Dialogue with such people...........
In the name of the blood and the sun, the dagger and the gun, Christ protect this soldier, a lion and a Macedonian.

      Photos taken this morning:

Now,I don't know if terrorists or policemen fired these rounds, but this lady is holding a sniper casing.
I have seen these when I was in the army, this is a sniper casing, they are bigger than the standard 7,62 mm and are easily recognizable:

without civilian casualties in this operation, and loss of life 8 policemen, representative of all minority groups, shows blatant disrespect.

Those laying bold claims publically there were no insurgents there, need to be investigated by security services. Random insurgents have had inside assistance.

On Al Jazeera late last night, a Macedonian reporter from ALSAT was spoken to live via phone regarding the situation in Macedonia. This Macedonian reporter had a golden opatunity, the chance on one of the biggest and most watched news broadcast station...to tell the world what Macedonians have to deal with.....never satisfied Albanians and the constant threats of blood shed and goals for a greater Albania......Instead he rambled on something about political party disharmony and the bugging scandals which saw demonstrations on the streets days ago......... Like this was the cause for the insurgency......

Ramo waltz's in and insensitively tries to capitalise on this situation to benefit his political stance by screaming shenanigans.....
( I still can't figure how another crises would help and not hinder Gruevski's political situation)

A video is shown of an Albanian......who is diverting the attention away from the real issue of that moment (his kinsmen committing an act of terror) and made some questionable comments which also lacked any sort of condemnation on the incident (SOM covered in post 161) ...then we have one Macedonian old fella dry rooting him.....we have Macedonians all over Social media sites swallowing his act hook line and sinker......and RTG go weak at the knees calling him "a model Macedonian citizen. A pleasure to watch"

            Some Macedonians make me laugh.....

In defense to the Macedonian media, there have been huge criticisms of blanket suppression and lack of press freedom in Macedonia recently in the global news, via EU

The govt is practising censorship everywhere, and journalists are conscious of the boundaries ( a bit like the ensuing metadata and journalist reporting on certain "operational matters" in Oz )

How free are the journalists in Macedonia to speak publically and report. Withour facing repercussions of closures of offices, as has happened under Gruevski, and threat of job loss

Read my response to that video , I stated all he is stating is that they are living in a harmonious integrative manner. No where in that video is he scorning the insurgent attack.

As for the "false flag" conspiracy and rumours, tend to agree, that it would be political suicide for Gruevski to instigate as has been suggested, would be at no benefit to him

A link I put up earlier today was very much pro NATO involvement , and stating they placed the guerillas in parliament to keep the peace from 2001, first time seen such a blatant admission, and in the same breath, implying the police force used heavy handed tactics to neutralise the "gunmen" ( where they would be screaming, terraaaaaaaarist, if any other country including their own ) and discussed a "neighbouring" country, which is really starting to annoy me
              Kosovo
              KLA
              UCK, there !

seems there are greater forces at hand here, can see instability and division , with protests, and using opportune time to jump in and stage their vile acts

I don't know its too early to tell but the way the west is portraying it either tells me that they are severely ignorant (very possible), or that there is an agenda here. If history has shown us anything about the Albanians its that they are NATO lap dogs. Gruevski doesn't have this kind of control over them, but NATO at least in the past has.

I give most stock to the theory that they saw an opportune moment and they took it, look whats happening Most Macedonians don't even believe it really happened. This will only turn up the political pressure on Gruevski and speed up his demise.

If history has shown as anything else it is that every time Albanians lose a fight they run to the head master and claim brutality. So if that still hold true in the coming days in the western papers we will here more and more legitimization of why the terrorists had to do this and why the government in Macedonia needs to be replaced. We will here more and more about how Albanians are being mistreated.

And the Honeymoon is over. What a shame. Macedonians are so freaking naive. I give it a week before Albanians are protesting in Macedonia about something or the other.

Oil Geopolitics: The South Stream Pipeline Has Been Replaced by “The Balkan Stream”

                      The Failed Color Revolution

This wasn’t supposed to happen, at least not if the US had gotten its way in Macedonia last month. Understanding that it’s the crucial bottleneck through which Balkan Stream must run, Washington wanted to stage a coup in the country in order to install a new leader that would reject the project and put an end to the region’s plans for reliable energy transit. Nikola Gruevski, the Prime Minister of Macedonia, had earlier broke ranks with his EU partners by refusing to sanction Russia, in a show of rebellion that the US felt it had to absolutely put down. For the few past couple of years, it had contracted the services of former intelligence chief Zoran Verushevsky in order to illegally wiretap over 20,000 people in the tiny country of 2 million, including politicians, journalists, and regular citizens. When it became clear at the end of last summer that South Stream was being stonewalled by Bulgaria and a new route would likely have to be streamlined (which geography dictates would obviously have to go through Macedonia), it activated its intelligence cell in order to preempt these plans, just in case they would go forward sometime in the future.

Zoran Zaev, the leader of the opposition, was given copies of these illegal tapes in order to blackmail the government, which he attempted to do from September to November. When Gruevski refused to give in to the blackmail, Zaev threatened to go public with the wiretaps and accuse the government of carrying them out, alleging that they also contained embarrassing political information and insinuating that this would lead to a Color Revolution. At the end of January, the Macedonian security services finally arrested Verushevky and a few other conspirators for plotting a coup, and Zaev had his passport taken to prevent him from fleeing while the investigation was ongoing. Verushevsky’s son even attempted to destroy his father’s computer before police stopped him, yet authorities were able to access the salvaged hard drive and recover Skype conversations where Verushevky and another plotter even spoke of starting a civil war in the country as a result of the blackmail ‘revelations’.

While Zaev attempted to create an actual Color Revolution last month by encouraging people to amass in the streets and protest the government, he failed to garner a consistent and sizeable following, showing that most Macedonians saw through the gimmick for what it was — a Ukrainian-styled soft coup attempt. Taking matters further, both Albanian parties in the country (whose affiliates are estimated to possibly constitute a quarter of the population) loudly distanced themselves from Zaev, thereby diminishing the prospects of a return to the 2001 interethnic violence that rocked the country and could have set the stage for the civil war that the conspirators previously discussed. Russia evidently feels that the combination of government action, Albanian loyalty, and popular support has finally stabilized the situation, since it would not have gone forward with the pipeline’s construction through Macedonia had it thought that it could be endangered by the Color Revolution attempt. Accordingly, one can interpret this as Moscow’s recognition that Washington’s plot ultimately failed.

West and Soros Rely on «Extreme Balkanization» to Prevent Turkish Stream Pipeline

The Obama administration interventionists, content in the knowledge that they have, at least, another year-and-a-half remaining in power, have decided to resort to extreme ethnic-based Balkanization to throw up a road block to the Russian «Turkish Stream» pipeline that is to bring natural gas from Russia through Turkey and into Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, and Hungary. The Obama administration has set about to foment another «color revolution», this time in Macedonia.

The strategy of the Obama/George Soros interventionists is to bury the Macedonian government of Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski with unfounded charges that it engaged in massive wiretapping of some 20,000 Macedonians, including leaders of the opposition. The source of the transcripts of intercepted communications of Macedonian citizens allegedly came from the former chief of the Macedonian intelligence service, Zoran Verushevsky, who may have had assistance in collecting the wiretaps from his friends in British, German, and U.S. intelligence. The intercepts have been used by Social Democratic opposition leader Zoran Zaev, a favorite of the Soros network and the U.S., to hammer Gruevski for allegedly eavesdropping on the opposition. Somehow, Zaev gained possession of copies of the intercepts, which he then used to attack the government.

Although 20,000 targeted individuals seems like an excessive amount of intercepted communications and not within the capability of Macedonian intelligence, such a task is certainly within the grasp of the National Security Agency (NSA) and its FIVE EYES alliance. A well-publicized report from Germany that the German «Bundesnachrictendienst» (Federal Intelligence Service) agreed to eavesdrop on 800,000 European citizens on behalf of the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) indicates that 20,000 Macedonians being targeted by the NSA and BND, with the recordings of voice communications possibly being provided to Zaev and his associates in Skopje, was well-within the capability of the American and German eavesdroppers. The NSA sent the BND a large number of «selectors,» that is, email addresses, Internet Protocol (IPO) addresses, mobile phone numbers, and various other identifying data, on hundreds of thousands of European politicians, business leaders, engineers, and others. NSA systems, including PRISM, PRINTAURA, and UPSTREAM, are used to «select» particular communications of interest to NSA and allied signals intelligence analysts.

The collection of phone calls and emails of Macedonians based on NSA «selectors» could have easily amassed 20,000 intercepts by the BND in Pullach, Germany and NSA in Fort Meade, Maryland. If NSA intercepts were provided in sanitized format to Zaev and his loyalists, it would represent a new tactic by the U.S. Intelligence Community: the provision of metadata to blackmail sitting elected governments.

The U.S. and Soros Balkans destabilization strategy has also seen the rise of Albanian nationalist irredentism along the fragile Kosovo-Albanian border with a recent attack on a Macedonian police border post at Gošince by 40 armed men wearing the insignia of the outlawed Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). That action came at the same time that Kosovo's Foreign Minister, Hashim Thaci, the former leader of the KLA, defied threats by Serbian authorities to arrest him on a 1997 conviction on terrorism if he visited Belgrade to attend a George Soros-funded NGO conference sponsored by «NGO Youth Education Committee». The April 24 conference, designed to counter growing Serbian-Macedonian cooperation in the face of Western pressure, was, unsurprisingly, titled «European integration of the Western Balkans – together we can do better». The foreign ministers of Serbia, Macedonia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina, in addition to Thaci, were invited to attend the conference. An arrest of the Kosovo foreign minister, which the invitation to Belgrade was meant to trigger, could have set the stage for another NATO/EU confrontation with Serbia, a critical partner in not only the Turkish Stream pipeline but the Chinese-funded Balkans railway part of the Silk Road project that will link the Greek port of Piraeus to Budapest through Macedonia and Serbia. The «NGO Youth Education Committee,» in withdrawing Thaci’s invitation, cited «pressure and threats» from the Serbian government as the reason. The group mentioned nothing about Thaci’s terrorism conviction.

The attack by the restored KLA on the Macedonian border post, where Macedonian police officers were briefly held hostage before the Albanian raiders returned to Kosovo, could not have been possible without the knowledge of Kosovo's military protector, NATO, which operates its largest military base in Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo. In 2001, when KLA forces, allied with Macedonian Albanian nationalists, fought Macedonian forces in the town of Aračinovo, Macedonia, forces of the U.S. private military firm, Military Professional Resources, Inc. (MPRI) were involved with both sides. The Ochrid Agreements saw Macedonia grant generous autonomy rights to its Albanian population in an effort to keep the violence that wracked Kosovo and Bosnia from spilling over into generally peaceful Macedonia. The attempt by the Soros network to foment violence within the Albanian community is a clear attempt to pry away the Albanian party, the Democratic Union (DUI) led by Ali Ahmeti, from the six year-old VMRO-DPMNE-led coalition government led by Gruevski.

The U.S. ambassador to Macedonia, Jess Baily, has made waves in Skopje by publicly supporting the putsch being called for by former Social Democratic prime minister and president Branko Crvenkovski, a native of Sarajevo, Bosnia who has been at the forefront of calling on Macedonian youth and college students to hit the streets of Skopje to stage a color revolution against the democratically-elected government of Gruevski. If all this sounds familiar, it should. It was U.S. ambassador to Kiev Geoffrey Pyatt who, working with his boss, State Department European Affairs Assistant Secretary Victoria Nuland, who conspired with Ukrainian opposition leaders in late 2013 and early 2014 to organize the Euromaidan protest that eventually saw the democratically-elected Ukrainian president, Viktor Yanukovych, toppled from power and the subsequent outbreak of the Ukrainian civil war.

By stoking opposition desires for a similar color revolution in Macedonia, Baily is playing with fire by also fomenting problems by using Albanian nationalists. Such a combination would start a violent civil war that would rival that between Kiev and the Russian population of eastern Ukraine. Macedonian and Serbian Slavs pitted against Albanians in Macedonia, Kosovo, and Serbia's Sanjak region and Presovo Valley would not only bring another violent war to the Balkan Peninsula but would also spell the end of the Turkish Stream pipeline through the Balkans and the Chinese-financed rail link from Greece to Budapest. The Balkans would remain a NATO frontline war zone under the total domination of the United States and European Union. Two Albanian political leaders, Prime Minister Edi Rama and former Prime Minister Sali Berisha have spoken out in favor of a «Greater Albania», consisting of Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and parts of Greece. The message for the Balkans is clear: if it continues to entertain the Turkish Stream pipeline plans and the Chinese rail project, the Albanians will rise up and resort to civil war to protect NATO's and the EU's domination over the peninsula. The Albanians, it should be noted, were the most loyal people of the Balkans in providing support for Adolf Hitler's Third Reich.

After Verushevksy was arrested for being the source of the communications intercepts and Zaev was caught with his passport in hand while he was attempting to flee Macedonia, the Soros-financed color revolution teams switched strategies to foment problems with the country's large Albanian minority, representing a third of the population. Today, Macedonia teeters on the brink of renewed ethic violence, with Nuland and her gang of neo-conservative warmongers waiting anxiously for the beginning of a new Balkans body count.

I remember a while back i had a discussion with Ramo on why both SDSM and VMRO where two sides of the same coin, but SDSM was the worst side of the coin as they have sold their soul to every one of macedonia's enemies.

I read somewhere that Zoran Zaev said that if was elected he would not allow the pipeline to be built. This maybe more macedonian gossip but if it is true then its pretty much all the proof you need to know Zaev is a slimy little sell out.
Like others have said, isnt it interesting that while macedonia is being attacked by terrorists instead of banding together for the greater good of the country Zaev continues to stir the pot and is planning some "protests"?

Zoran Zaev is corrupt, works with foreign agencies against the interests of the country, bribes, nepotism etc etc. They aren't even arresting him as to not make any unrest from the retards supporting Zaev much less kill him. Remember this is the guy that has been revealed to secretly deal with other countries on creating ways to change macedonia's flag, name etc. This is the party that protests with serbian turbo-folk music in the back ground while waving flags of serbia.

You have got to be fucking crazy if you support these clowns.

Anyway, if Macedonia is really became le police state how come phone tappings ended in government opposition's hands?
meanwhile.. for the 17th of May it has been planned a "huge" demonstration against the government.. another Maidan or color revolution that is being orchestrated by the USA and being implemented by their latest purchased whore - Zoran Zaev?

This all seems to me like a greater plan to destabilize macedonia, and its sell outs like Zaev and some idiotic drunken SDSM supporters that are unknowingly carrying out these plans.

                            Exactly.

It was the same in 2001, the media was kicking up a storm about 'oppressed shiptars', little shiptar skirmishes here and there, lots of pressure from the west to change the name and flag, weakling and sell out government.

Its a sign worse things are to come for macedonia.

Today we have Western backed color revolution underway in macedonia, organized by NGO's (George Soros etc) and new media that popped up very recently. Government in fighting, leaders who have ties to macedonia's neighbours, meddling from other countries (release of those recordings), Now this terrorist attack out of nowhere.

I am convinced this is set up by the west (mainly USA) top stop the russian pipeline. They pressured Bulgaria into caving into their demands and that stopped the other pipeline, this time they are going harder on macedonia (because of shiptar help and sell out politicians like Zaev).

Yet today, even on this lovely forum, we have macedonians who have some strange wild admiration to america and even its foreign policies, which are against macedonian integrity. I wonder what these people are thinking now? What is going through their confused minds? Maybe they are just cucks pure and simple.
