The Devils nephew attended a meeting in Brisbane on Saturday 4th June where he refused to identify himself yet insisted on chairing the meeting. When he was refused he took a very small number of brainless dimwit followers went into the church, held a meeting in the church & elected a president treasurer & secretary. They then first thing Monday morning had gone to register themselves with the Dept of Fair Trading then with the Priest (in his mantia) in tow went to the Bank showed the new DFT registered office bearers and had the Trustees (which have been signatories on the bank accounts for decades) removed.

Your committee, if it has not done so already and on top of seeking urgent legal advice, should talk to some people who have had extensive experience with these type of actions in the past. You should be able to work out who would be the best person to talk to just by reading this thread.

That is a criminal act that requires immediate attention. In the first instance I would visit the bank and have the matter rectified. Secondly I would visit the police to identify the people that perpetrated this fraud. Then I would ban these people from the community. Seeking legal advice may be necessary.

Prilepcanka, this kind of criminality must not be entertained in any way and there are many communities in Australia that can guide you. In the first instance I would recommend speaking with Aleksandrov and expect you will soon learn the level of deceit that Petar is willing to lower himself and his followers to.

Amazing how for decades no one from the Diocese has come up to visit us in Brisbane and all of the sudden in the span of a week & a half we've had 3 heavyweights grace us with their presence, namely Ljupco Kareveski (who didn't even have the decency to introduce himself yet wanted to chair the meeting) then we had someone by the name of Gavril and these last 2 days we've had Tone Gulev

Злонамерни лаги зад името на Џими Мераков

По повод крајно непристојните клевети упатени на моја сметка и на сметка на заедниците кои ги претставувам, објавени во Австралиско -македонскиот неделник, на 21. јуни 2011 г., со наслов ‘Антиохиската Патријаршија не е Грчка Црква – Злобни Лаги Против МПЦ,’ под кој стои името на неофицијалниот гласноговорник на владиката Петар, Џими Мераков, го изјавувам следното:

1. Написот на Џими Мераков е одговор на наш напис кој воопшто не е објавен во Австралиско - македонскиот неделник, иако ние тоа уредно го побаравме. Чесно ќе биде Австралиско - македонскиот неделник да ги објави и написот и документите на кои се однесува одговорот на Мераков, за читателите самите да се уверат кој зборува врз основа на документирани факти, а кој сака да ги оцрни своите противници со сеење на злонамерни чаршиски фантазии.

2. Како одговор на нечесната и злонамерна лага на Мераков, дека ние лажеме кога Антиохиската Патријаршија ја нарекуваме Грчка, се повикуваме на доставениот извадок од енциклопедијата Википедија, кој потврдува дека официјалното име на Патријаршијата за која станува збор е Грчка Православна Патријаршија од Антиох. Но, нашиот проблем, со заткулисните обиди да се овозможи ставање на Македонските православни цркви под јурисдикција на таа Патријаршија, не е во самото тоа што се нарекува Грчка, туку во нејзиното непризнавање на автокефалноста, односно националната самобитност на Македонската православна црква. За неупатените, доставуваме извадок од веб страницата на Австралиската Архиепископија на таа Патријаршија, на која МПЦ е ставена во редовите на неканонски, што значи незаконски цркви цркви.

3. Уште една крајно нечесна клевета на Џими Мераков е лагата дека јас добивам плата од $150,000 годишно од ‘верниците од двете цркви од Сиднеј.’ Таа злонамерно измамничка клевета Мераков ја крунисува со уште помонструозна лага дека: ЈАС СУМ ГО ПРИЗНАЛ ТОА! Авторот на таквата лага очигледно нема никаква почит кон вистинитоста или чувство за човечко достоинство. Како што на повеќе наврати имам изнесено на радио програми во Мелбурн и Сиднеј, надоместокот за моите професионални услуги како Генерален Раководител на Македонската православна заедница од Сиднеј НЕ Е НИ ПОЛОВИНА од сумата која ја наведува Мераков. На повеќе наврати ги имаме повикано владиката Петар и другите официјални претставници на неговата Епархија на јавна дебата, пред телевизиски камери, на која со задоволство ќе го објавиме мојот документиран надоместок за професионални услуги од Македонската православна заедница од Сиднеј, заедно со моите пријави на приходи до австралиската даночна служба, ако и владиката и неговите попови, адвокати и други контрактори ‘ги отворат книгите’ за нивните пријавени приходи, за платите кои ги бараат од ‘Епархијата’, за сумите кои им ги платиле на своите, досега, безуспешни адвокати за узурпирање на македонските православни црковни имоти во Австралија, како и за изворот на пари за мултимилионските судски трошоци за кои адвокатите на Петар Каревски и Митко Митрев пред Врховниот Суд на Нов Јужен Велс инсистираа дека се од ‘анонимен’ донатор. Македонската јавност има право да знае кој од каде прима пари за своите контроверзни дела во Македонската заедница во Австралија. Само така можеме да утврдиме за чии интереси работи.

4. Уште една монструозна клевета на Џими Мераков е тврдењето дека јас и организациите кои ги застапувам се бореле против признавањето на МПЦ. Ја повикуваме Епархијата или Архиепископијата на Мераков да покажат тронка доказ дека некогаш формално побарала ‘признавање’ на афтокефалната Македонска православна црква од страна на парламентот на Нов Јужен Велс.

5. Кога Мераков тврди дека ние наводно сме биле ‘отпадници’ од МПЦ, а демек тој и неговиот претпоставен владика биле бранители на МПЦ, ги замолуваме официјалните преставници на неговата Епархија или Архиепископија јавно да цитираат точно во која категорија на правни лица во МПЦ, според Член 172 од Уставот на МПЦ, се наоѓа нивната Епархија или Архиепископија за Австралија и Нов Зеланд, во која категорија на правни лица се наоѓаат трите приватни лица кои се законски сопственици на четири ‘нивни’ цркви, во која категорија на правни лица се наоѓа компанијата која се обидоа да ја формираат со законот кој безуспешно го предложија пред парламентот на Нов Јужен Велс, во која категорија се наоѓа Архиепископијата која во 2004 год. ја инкорпорирале со протоѓакон на Грчката Православна Патријаршија од Антиох како нејзин јавен чиновник, а во која категорија на правни лица спаѓаат регистрираните Македонски православни општини во Австралија кои се признати како дел од МПЦ од страна сите претходни австралиски архиереи на МПЦ, па дури и од самиот Петар Каревски, кога тоа му одговарало.

6. Дали Џими Мераков е официјален претставник на Епархијата на Петар? Ако не, зошто Епархијата која тој ја брани не ги изнесува злобните лаги изнесени во неговото писмо во свое име? Дали неговите претпоставени го користат како жртвено јагне, кукавички криејќи се себе си од тужби за клевета, какви што досега заради нивните недолични измислици беа успешно покренати против сателитската телевизија УБИ, против сиднејската радио станица Eastside FM, против радио водителите Јон и Бети Треноски, и какви што сеуште се водат против Ацо Џеповски, Миле Петров и Миле Димовски? Дали препуштајќи му го на Мераков нечесниот клеветнички ‘одговор’ на фактите за заткулисните махинации со Грчката Патријаршија од Антиох, која не ја признава афтокефалноста на МПЦ, неговите претпоставени свесно го фрлаат во оган за себични цели? Ако е така, ги прашувамe вашите читатели дали таквите ‘духовни водачи’ на Мераков воопшто заслужуваат почит како луѓе и како христијани?

NSW Macedonian Ministerial Consultative Committee

On 8 November 2011, the NSW Minister for Citizenship and Communities, Victor Dominello MPA, announced the establishment of a Ministerial Consultative Committee (MCC) for the Macedonian community, whose role will be to advise the NSW Government on the needs, interests and concerns of Macedonians in NSW. It was also announced that this MCC would be chaired on behalf of the Minister by Mark Coure, MP.

However, the problem lies in the non-transparent and unaccountable manner in which this MCC was formed. It appears that no foundational Macedonian organisation in all of NSW was consulted prior to this MCC's establishment and the wider Macedonian community and its representatives only became aware of the MCC's existence through a Media Release from Mr Dominello's office.

Since then, the Petar apparatchik, Peter Ristevski has claimed that his Australian Macedonian Chamber of Commerce was behind the formation of the Ministerial Consultative Committee (AMCC). If true, his organisation is the only Macedonian organisation that has been consulted that any key community leaders are aware of.

This raises some significant questions and concerns:

1. What other Macedonian organisation or Churches in NSW were consulted, if any;

3. What was the criteria for selecting the members of this Ministerial Consultative Committee;

4. Who are the members of this Ministerial Consultative Committee; and

5. What are the remunerative arrangements, if any, for the members of this Ministerial Consultative Committee?

To my knowledge, neither Peter Ristevski or the NSW Government have provided any answers to these questions.

What is even more concerning about these developments is that it was only last year that the Macedonian Orthodox Church Property Trust Bill 2010 was put before the NSW Parliament, causing community outrage. That Bill was ultimately withdrawn upon recommendation by a Parliamentary Committee, which conducted a costly inquiry into the Bill as a result of protests by an overwhelming majority of key Macedonian organisations in NSW and Australia. It now appears that the NSW Government has not undertaken due consultation with the community for the formation of the Committee and this committee cannot legitimately represent the wider Macedonian community of NSW.

As such, I would encourage all Macedonians in NSW, and across Australia, to write to Mr Dominello, Premier O'Farrell and Mr Coure asking them some of these pertinent questions, answers to which we have a right to know seeing as this MCC will be supposedly representing our views and will be funded (whether remuneration is paid to the members or not) with our tax dollars. It is time that we demand transparency and accountability from our Government.

Thank you Vangelovski, what is of great concern is that one of the members has been questioned on how this committee was appointed and refuses to answer these questions.

I urge every concerned Macedonian to write to the MP's Vangelovski has posted here, the lack of transparency and nil accountability to Macedonians is outrageous, and there should be an inquiry on how this committee has been elected, and if taxpayer dollars are funding members, then there is an outright breach, and issues with Ministerial code of conduct, by those that purport to represent the Macedonian diaspora!!
