The army is part of the government and should reflect government policy and hence parades on national holidays are rehearsed and planned and this is not an isolated incident hence directly implicating the government and as Greece is part of the eu it implicates them. What measures have they put in place to prevent such occurrences. Calling for the death and destruction by an eu member on a potential member is not on regardless of the name issue. It is indefensible regardless of statues or naming of airports ect and this point should be made strongly to the eu. Someone making you fell stupid by calling themselves the same name as you in the playground is no excuse for chasing them around the yard with a knife let alone repeatedly. The teacher cannot maintain the moral high ground and at the same time and say well by calling yourself the same name you made them angry what can we do. Then its even equally if not more so inexcusable for the parent of the kid to say at least he didn’t get you with the knife and maybe we better not complain to the school in case it gets the bully angry again.

You are so correct - this is an opportunity to expose the true racists to the whole world. The best way is to make an international incident out of it - the ROM Govt. should be jumping on this with both hands and reminding the EU, NATO & UN about fostering good neighbouring relations, which they all advocate we should be doing, so what about the Racist Pigs? aren't they required to contribute to good relations? or is this just another imposition on the Macedonians and not applicable to anyone else?
We should all be sending the President an email about our outrage and demand they take the appropriate action. I believe there is a section on the MTO dedicated to the President's/Prime Ministers mailbox, let's all hop on and leave a message or better still start a facebook page and invite them to join!

Volk, There is an anti fascist protest in Stari Kraj on 9th of April infront of the Greek Consulate in Skopje. Im guessing they are thinking about the Embassy or the old Greek Consulate.
