Macedonian king to return in Macedonia

Director of the Public Security Bureau Ljupco Todorovski exclusively for Sitel promises to return a statue of the Macedonian king from the United States.

In an interview with Sitel Todorovski said Phalanx action will not end and no one will be immune, because there are always people who will sell their own history.

I think this is part of the Operation Falanga mission, i do think its time the Government takes back what belongs to all the people instead of having a few profiteers making a fortune out of priceless artifacts.

This operation has been widely recognized throughout the world, as the Croats are also looking to follow suit.

SOM, Here is the whole interview with MVR head chief Ljupco Todorovski. He basically explains operation Falanga when it was formed and that it will never be scraped because too many people are profiting from our archeological artifacts.

SOM, MVR Chief Ljupco Todorovski does point out (He doesnt accuse any country) the people would dig up artifacts and objects from our soil and would sell them to neighboring countries who will claim to be their own and originating from their land. I think he is talking about Bulgaria and Greece, but this operation is extremly important for us and i think we are setting the example for other countries to follow.

As for your direct question, he doesnt specify which king it is in general however MVR chief Todorovski does mention they are working with the FBI in America in order to get back this stolen artifact.

The Greeks are doing that. They have a number of artifacts on display at the Museum in Solun which are marked as having an 'unknown' location (where they were discovered), whereas more than a handful of them are from the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.

They should try and work with the Italian government to see if we can get Perseus back in Macedonia, at least for an exhibition at this stage if not anything else.

The funny thing was there were some Bulgarian academics saying that we should be protecting their artifacts on our soil, its absolute rubish that is. I do believe that Ljupco Todorovski mentions that they have a high degree of cooperation with the Italian Government on these stolen artifacts and objects.

This is a never ending story in my opinion, nobody even bothered to protect our national treasures but its better late then never i say.

Perseus was held in a dungeon after his defeat by Rome. He then

transfered to a private residence , though still under guard. He
badgered his guards to the point of angering them. They then
decided
Not to allow Perseus any 'sleep'; no rest for this condemed King. He
died of a lack of sleep.
One Can only imagine the terrible tactics used by these Romans that
would keep a man awake until his body finally fails him?

I'd say; Persesus Not only deserves a proper resting place for his
souls remains; but this reburial in Macedonia , it is in a moral
sense, this would be a proper Justice at work, justice that he
finally comes home and rests eternally in peaceful blissful sleep.Maybe even in an kind of .... Elysium? This Would be Justice towards
his brutal Captives. A Justice that the Last King of Macedonia is
given the proper honored by his own historic kin.

The Italian President seems an honorable man ; Maybe he would see
to it that this one-time King can finally be honored like a 'King'?
Such a decree by Italy would become a new chapter in Italian -
Macedonian relations. Afteral , Italians and Macedonians share a
great many pages in histories tales.
