Prolet, you call yourself a Macedonian, I am sure the Roma people of Macedonia call you a Macedonian because that is your identity and how you identify. Are you too racist to extend the same courtesy, or are you just racist in general?

SOM, If you look at it that way then we shouldnt be calling the Albanci "Shiptari" either but we still do it. I have nothing against these people i think you know that very well, lets not make a big fuss out of it.

Today is Gjurgjovden a praznik celebrated by us Macedonians, anybody who has a name day today enjoy it.

I expected these sort of comments. I guess even mentioning Tito here will get you labeled a Titoist.

One would only give the Tata such a special mention only if one held the former Dictator in great esteem.
From the village of P’pezhani, Tashko Popov, Dimitar Popov-Skenderov and Todor Trpenov were beaten and sentenced to 12 years prison. Pavle Mevchev and Atanas Popov from Vrbeni and Boreshnica joined them in early 1927, they were soon after transferred to Kozhani and executed. As they were leaving Lerin they were heard to shout "With our death, Macedonia will not be lost. Our blood will run, but other Macedonians will rise from it"

Buktop, stop whining, all I said was that I trust you lit a candle for the person you have so often defended. I would expect you to do the same for Meto's birthday.

Prolet, the Macedonians call the Albanians 'Albantsi' today, in earlier times we knew them as 'Arnauti'. We both know that the term 'Shiptar' is a slang word based on the Albanian self-designation of 'Shqiptar', and it is generally used as an insult.

The term 'Gjuptsi' is an outright insult, and racist. We both know exactly how it is generally meant when said in Macedonian, so don't play naive. They call themselves 'Romi', show them some courtesy. I know it is used in the terminology of Macedonians due to historical circumstances, but it needs to be phased out, and people like you aren't contributing to positive change.

Or I was just mentioning something I noticed seeing as we were on the subject of Yugoslavia anyway, thought I'd share it.

Lighting a candle for a person who outlawed religion, now that's irony.

Knock yourself out mate, perhaps you can make a youtube clip while you carry out your actions, and then give it to Meto to use as a tralier for the next UMD function.

SOM, The word Shiptar is no slang its what the Albanians call eachother, we as Macedonians call them Shiptari and Arnauti, Turks call Albanians Arnauti Also, Serbs call Albanians Shiptari etc etc

I know it is used in the terminology of Macedonians due to historical circumstances
Thats exactly right, i never used the word as an insult i used it to identify them and this is how we call them in our language. In English they say Gypsies.

Prolet, 'gjuptsi' has negative connotations, despite the cirumstances, you make no effort at all to avoid the term. As a Macedonian, you're a hypocrite, and hypocrites lack integrity.

Like Jankovska said we were the 13to prase, nema cicka za nas just like Gile so the train went from Ljubljana (Where Tito died in Hospital there) to Zagreb and then to Belgrade (Where he was buried) yesterday was his 30th anniversary of his death and they said that only Jovan Pavle had more people to his funeral.
Ah, so it appears the mighty Tito even snubbed the macedonians even in his coffin and in death, one last time.

Just goes to show how much the "Yugoslavs" respected the macedonians when they didnt even make the train to stop by Skopje so all of Tito's fans could say good bye.

                              Some brotherhood.

He didn't stop in Sarajevo or Podgorica either.
