He is trying to justify his past and he is comfortable with the new name and the BOC from what I can see. Still a sellout.

He praises the agreements with Greece and Bulgaria. He praises Zaev. He praises Bulgaria for recognising Macedonia, despite their duplicitous agenda and disregard for the Macedonians within their own borders. But he is bitching that the Bulgars weren't more receptive towards some morons in Macedonia who wanted to place the MOC under the BOC, that they aren't fully committed to the commission for a collective understanding on history between Macedonia and Bulgaria, and that they won't acknowledge the history on Macedonian territory as Macedonian in character. He's still the same, except now, in addition to sounding like a traitor, he has added naivety and contradiction to his repertoire. The most interesting part about this article is where he states the following (English translation):
As if it must yet be explained that everything that happened on the territory of Macedonia can and is understood to be called Macedonian. Are Thracian monuments on the territory of Bulgaria not Bulgarian?
This after all his lies and whinging about monuments of Macedonian historical figures from antiquity in Skopje.
In the name of the blood and the sun, the dagger and the gun, Christ protect this soldier, a lion and a Macedonian.

He's probably trying to become relevant again in Macedonia's political scene. He's full of contradictions. But as Risto suggested, he's trying to justify his past while appearing to be pro-Macedonian at the same time.

Did Ljubco go full rogue/Bulgar (or is this another person)?

He has been a shameless bugarsko kopile for about the last three decades now I believe. Not sure when he first came out as one but you can't blame someone for seeking to find their authentic self. His Mongoloid-Tatar roots are self evident and I say let him be. I hope his search eventually leads him to the swamp lands by the river Volga and he finally destroys those demons that are tormenting his confused soul. Good luck to him.

That is Ljubčo, not Ljupčo. Ljupbčo Georgievski was one of the leaders of MPZ "Todor Aleksandrov".
I know of two tragic histories in the world- that of Ireland, and that of Macedonia. Both of them have been deprived and tormented.
