Biden's "white house coronavirus response coordinator" made the statement during a press briefing, but he has made similar comments so it may as well have been him. They're increasingly brazen. If it was Trump they would accuse him of being a (insert whatever)-ist and probably try to impeach him for the umpteenth time.
