Ohrid Framework Cancer - 3000 people get salaries who sit at home

Today is the 15th anniversary of Macedonia's political capitulation after it faced off against a US led hegemony in the Balkans and few hundred Kosovo terrorists who realistically weren't able to conquer a goat farm, let alone territory.
Needless to say, it is well documented NATO sent helicopters and bused out their terrorists to safety each time they faced certain death. (Tanushevci, Aracinovo...). They were simply protecting their proxies, as they are doing today in Syria.
As a result, Macedonia was forced to sign the Ohrid Framework Agreement, an agreement that the US Government had previously used in numerous African and Asian nations to establish its control and agenda over a specific nation by using minorities as a proxy.
A faked census corroborated and approved by the West with assistance from the SDSM-led Government, ensured Albanians over night became 25% of the population. Despite protests and resignations of several heads in charge of the State Electoral Commission and Census Bureau blatantly calling the census fabricated (villages with 30 Albanians became villages with 3,000 Albanians) the Census 'stood'. If it's approved by the US, it will stand - this was the logic applied.
Today, DUI has 3000 of their voters, many with no education at all employed in the Government administration with attractive salaries. Even though these jobs in practice do not exist, Macedonia spends roughly 40m euros in salaries for 3000 people who sit at home. As a matter of fact, some have actually moved out of the country, but still get their salaries.
After the floods, the Government led by VMRO-DPMNE called on DUI to 'activate' its 3000 people who get paid to help the flood victims.
Some accepted the invitation, particularly those with relatives in the area, however many did not.
To say that the Ohrid Framework agreement is a cancer to the country would be an understatement. All of this is best summed up by the fact the 15th anniversary of the agreement was celebrated by US Ambassador Jess Bailey and DUI's Ali Ahmeti, with no one else attending the gathering.
