This from Cvetin Chilimanov who works for MIA who I follow on Twitter
Dragan would probably claim MIA are part of VMRO axis of evil.....but I've whitnessed Cvetin's anti EU and NATO tweets and the many battles against Greek media reporters on Twitter, Cvetin is a true patriot... And a well informed one.

"SDSM got a guy who says Macedonians are Bulgarians to lead their rally in Veles. In Skopje they invite ex-UCK to rally #SelfInflictedWounds"

If true, SDSM are worse than I thought.

Not sure who this bloke is..... But I assume he is pro VMRO
I like his passion, would make a good leader..... Or he could just be another wolf in sheets clothing.
      You really don't recognize him?
That's Toni Mihajlovski, a great Macedonian actor / comedian. He starred in almost every Macedonian film since the 90's onward.
He's known for his DPMNE leanings, not long ago he became the house manager of the Drama Theater (I assume a "reward" for his support of the current regime).

I'd say they're more of a DPMNE propaganda tool like other media like TV stations Sitel, Kanal 5, Alfa and the public service MRTV,internet portals Kurir,Republika,Netpres,Press24,Puls24 etc or "independent journalists" like Milenko, Janko, Latas etc.
They're just one piece of the vast DPMNE brainwashing machinery puzzle that simply push the party lines instead of delivering real news to the public.
But hey, axis of evil...I like that

Now that you mentioned it, I recognise him from the movie (one of my favourites) Balkankan who plays Dzango who tries to arrest Trendafil and at the same time, get into Trendafils wife's pants lol

So he is an actor...... So are all politicians, so he would fit in.

This was too powerful not to share.
Tihomir Janchevski,a professor and a poet (FB status):

Protests in the diaspora have also happened according to media (Berlin,London,Vienna,New York...).
The last few days there were protests in Melbourne and Canberra.
Did any of you heard about this or possibly even attend? How many people were present?

I read that the one in Vienna was more of an anti-international intervention in Macedonian affairs.

Nah,you read about the counter-protest organized the previous day .
I have two friends that live and work in Vienna, they both attended the protest. He told me there were around 75-100 people (I'm not sure about the exact number of Macedonians living in Vienna).

                        Dragan:

You're right, it was MINA who reported the protest I was referring to. In this article, MINA says there are around 5,000 Macedonians in and around Vienna, and that 300 attended the protest.

Yeah, my friend posted a pic of the "counter-protesters" and joked about how their number was overblown while in fact you could count them on the fingers of your hands. This is the pic posted on all government media.
                          These are the 300 protesters.

I certainly believe it was overblown -- numbers are usually overblown. At the same time, I also take photos with a grain of salt because they usually don't tell the whole story.

Regardless, I haven't heard of any protests/demonstrations in any of the major North American Diaspora centers. From the handful of people I have talked to, there just seems to be a lot of confusion and suspicion about everything and everyone.

I even read that in front of the Macedonian Consulate in Melbourne there was a conflict between the protesters and the "counter-protesters" in which the police had to intervene to ensure it doesn't escalate.
Do any of the Melbourne Macedonians here have any info about this,is it true?
