Dnevnik, Macedonia: DUI eyes another Albanian university in SkopjePicture: Focus Information AgencySkopje. Ruling Albanian party in Macedonia – the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI), wants a new Albanian university to be opened in the capital city Skopje, Macedonian Dnevnik daily writes.
The first Albanian university in Macedonia was opened in Tetovo.
Macedonian Minister of Education Abdulakim Ademi confirmed that the party had made such a proposal. In his words, so far the idea is backed only by the DUI, adding that such an opportunity had not been discussed by the government yet.
