Who owns the NBRM?
I've been digging into the ownership of the central banks of the world and I am finding example after example whose ownership isn't by the government of the country in question.
In addition to that, I've been researching the progression of Vardarska Makedonija from a "state" of the now defunct Jugoslavija to the nation state we now know as Republika Makedonija; more specifically the origins of the central bank and the speed with which it was forced into existence.
