It's far more than a conspiracy theory - it's in a law suit in a Georgia court and if Obama looses he will be disqualified from being a presidential candidate and more. He could be criminally prosecuted. Seeing the Governor of Georgia refused to order the case be dropped and also the court said would reject the Governor's order if it was ordered to drop the case suggests there's more than just an "unfounded conspiracy" going on.
