Here... I'll post my dad's ideas and goals. And then any other candidate or supporters can post. This way I won't miscommunicate.

OBJECTIVE:
As the Macedonian Parliament Representative of North America, some of my goals and positions are as follows:
- No compromise on the name issue
- Unify and integrate Macedonian Diaspora
- Propose a creation of a non-partisan fact-finding committee to investigate the reasons of a poor interest of investing in Macedonia
- Propose to create strong governmental and Diaspora organizations, which will be integrating and coordinating lobbying efforts in North America
- "The Cry of the Forgotten" (Povik na Zaboravenite) a world wide cry to all Macedonian immigrants to pay homage to their home towns and villages in Macedonia

MACEDONIAN DIASPORA AFFAIRS:
- Initiated and organized the establishment of St. Nativity of the Virgin Mary Church in Detroit, MI
- Signatory of the Articles of Incorporation of St. Nativity of the Virgin Mary Church
- President of the church committee of St. Nativity of the Virgin Mary Church
- Established the first Macedonian library at the University of Michigan
- Initiated and coordinated the efforts to include the Macedonian language in bilingual education at the Detroit Public Schools
- Invited to the White House and participated in a Briefing on Inflation and Energy Policy with President Carter
- Invited by President Bush to the NATO ceremonies at the White House celebrating NATO's enlargement to Eastern Europe
- Led a Good Will Macedonian Delegation to Republic of Macedonia in 2005
- Organized and coordinated World Medical Relief efforts to Macedonia
- Received a letter from Ambassador Butler regarding decentralization developments and discussions
- Received a letter from NATO regarding the Macedonian minority in Bulgaria

- Received a letter from Congresswoman Miller expressing her gratitude to me of my continuous support and assistance

Very impressive; however, something you can't get from any school in the world is "common sense". How, important is party selection in politics? Only, thing that matters to the electorate. Don't believe me? Look, at the last federal election in Canada. Nothing, to do with individual beliefs - party rules the day

I appreciate that he is against the name change but if he is aligned with sdsm then when the name issue is up then he will have to register his dissaproval.

Unless, I'm missing something major and he's against ANY name change then he's wasting his time with Crvenkopoulos and drugari.

Until the next election, and then they run for the same seat as an independent.

He is siding with the sdsm then he will be for the name change even though he says he won't.Who ever is running they should declare their allegiances otherwise your votes may have been wasyed.

If you're talking about my father, then you're mistaken. He always has been and always will be against a name comrpomise. He's worked very hard, along with many other Macedonians in the Diaspora, for the Macedonian Cause. In this video at minute 3:08 he says he would be against SDSM if they go for a compromise. If you don't believe him because you have a disdain for SDSM, then so be it -- politics is politics. But please don't make assumptions about an individual you may not know.

How, is it that you're not affiliated with any political parties when you accept them as members? At, this rate you'll lose your non-profit status.

You see there is a problem right there. The Gruevski government must be absolute morons. Here is an opportunity to strengthen the Macedonian parliament, with extra Macedonian candidates and what do that do, they make the ratio 3/2. If we used the Albanian population of Macedonia as the yard stick with which to measure the number and composition of candidates, it should be 4/1. That would suggest Albanians number about 20 per cent of the popuation, which is pretty close to the truth.

Well, what should be of concern is the fact that Toronto has 250,000 Macedonians yet no Canadian candidate. Makedonska rabota! This, entire process stinks and will not benefit the Macedonian diaspora in any way. Let me guess, UMD has a secret Canadian candidate?

Yea, you can bet that Meto Koloski has been talking to Macedonian leaders about UMD candidates - which probably explains why he himself, and other UMD leaders have been slavishly following the policy of Gruevski, against every reasonable arguement. I am astounded that Canada does not have a candidate, given its very large Macedonian population.

Personally, UMD should not have a representative. This is an organisation that represents, one, its membership (which at the moment numbers about 500 individuals, I would guess). Second, UMD don't speak for the other 99.99 percent of the Macedonian diaspora, even though the continually claim to (which is a manipulative lie they continually exploit for their own benefits).

Canada should get a candidate (a non UMD one).
