To stick with the Turks??!!! No way, because even if they wanted to, we wouldn't possibly stick with them in any way. Especially after the death of ~200.000 Turkish soldiers in Arabian deserts in WW-1, simply no way at all. For example in 1930s, Syria`s Arabic rulers wanted to join and become a part of new Turkish republic but Ataturk kindly refused them.
I believe the best solution for them is to create some kind of Arabic federation to cover whole middle east but western world doesn't allow this to happen because eventually, an Arabic federation doesn't allow their energy sources to be leeched by them. Iran doesn't want this either. Arabs simply cannot live in a system which we currently live in the western world. They don't have the culture of nation states and democracy for 1000s of years and since most of them are ignorant and deeply religious people, they will probably never learn this culture in foreseeable future. Even the most ancient one among them, the situation in Egypt is quite catastrophic too and so far away from their past glory.
Ofc we should keep Persians away from all of this mess because they continue to their 1000s years of tradition of their unity and solidarity. They are not like Arabs, probably only thing common with them is their religion, just like us, Turks. Iran is a strong country, proud people with their culture and heritage. They live in sharia regime for few decades but i believe things will be "normal" in there sooner or later. If you read the books about the islamic golden era after 8th century, you see that the precursors of that era was also Iranians but not Arabs.
