According Albanian textbook half of Macedonia is Albanian

On the cover page of this book is a map that includes half of the territory of the Republic of Macedonia

In "Geography of Albania", taught in third year of secondary education, students do not learn only about the current borders of Albania, but also for the regions, as mentioned several times, that are "unfairly" left outside the borders of the Albanian state when drawing the borders in 1913, called "Treva Shqiptare" and shown on the front page under the map of Albania.

Is this book from Albania or ethnic Albanians in Macedonia? Whoever wrote this has had too much 'treva' themselves. Perhaps we should start claiming everything to Drach in the spirit of Tsar Samoil and Jovan Kukuzel.

This is Albanian textbook on Geography, teached in Albania.

It is our proper reaction for the claims of ethnic Albanians in Macedonia:

That's a shame, I though Albanians in Albania were more sensible.

The concept supported by some Macedonians (I'm winking at UMD) of a "common history" and a "shared culture" is only really applied to Macedonia. Everyone else seems to draw lines on maps and tell tales to their old wives at the drop of a hat.

Interesting, poor macedonia was made to look like a villian in the international community by racist grease because our text books in the early 90's had maps of united macedonia. I believe we were forced to change them as well. Yet the grks continue to stay quite about these publications from albania I guess its because grks are in bed with the shiptars in their little plots to destroy macedonia

Would love the macedonian politicians to bring this up to the international community but we all know that will not happen any time soon....

The only state that was redrawn to make way for the new States of Albania, Greece, Bulgaria and Serbia was our Homeland Macedonia!

Nobody has any right to Macedonia but the Macedonians, that is us.

                1) Macedonians belong to the "older" Mediterranean substratum...
                2) Macedonians are not related with geographically close Greeks, who do not belong to the "older" Mediterranenan substratum...

I think the Albanian book forgot to mention also a part of south Italy and some indigenous villages in south-west New Zealand, being part of the Great Albania. Come on...this time they just took it too far...

Albania have a number of different areas they have claim to but the claims are simply ridiculous, since when was Skopje,Bitola and Ohrid Albanian land? and now they are teaching it in their Schools, big problems facing the Macedonians in the future with neighbors like this.
