SDSM are the ones who put the people who are under investigation into power. No doubt these people would favour SDSM in their manoeuvring.
If SDSM get any advantage from the support of these people bad laws could be passed or at worst it favours support for any scam to topple the government yet SDSM is suspect of being in favour of changing the name. anybody see the ulterior motive of this guy.
The verbal battle with the Constitutional Court is undermining the country's image
Skopje, September 29, 2010 (AFP) - EU Ambassador Erwan Fouere not comment on the process of lustration, but assessed that the verbal battle being waged by the Constitutional Court undermines the image of Macedonia as a candidate country for EU membership.
- Many times so far mentioned our concerns in the context of attacks on the Constitutional Court and his credibility and trust that in this way undermines the rule of law in the country, Fouere said after visiting the Agency for Insurance Supervision.
EU Special Representative and Head of Delegation of the Union also appealed to political leaders to concentrate on the priorities of the country.
- We call on all political leaders to focus on the priorities facing Macedonia, and that the independence of the judiciary and strengthening its operation at all levels and strengthening public confidence towards the judiciary, said Fouere.
