    €500 million what?

Romania is spending €500 million Euros on a comprehensive e-Romania project.

Its a lot of money for a e-Romania portal. Too much. European funds is covering the cost for €400 million and €100 million being covered by the Budget 2010.

I do not know why its so horrendously expensive to develop despite the e-Romania project which will be completed at the end of next year that will have 300 services.

    Its very bizzare.

Greece spending €20 million on a hotline is far better then spending half a billion € on e-Government project.

Well, just in the last few years in Australia we've seen $3b thrown away on a My-Ki system, and $800m for a botched eGovernment project for the ATO.
