That is what we had here in Macedonia after the break up of YU. Almost everyone had frozen DM or $ in some Bank and it passed 6 years before they started to give the money back, even though limited to 100 DM.
To enquire after the impression behind an idea is the way to remove disputes concerning nature and reality.

Fascinating reading!
So many parallels to the EU fiasco at the moment. and, quite typically, the banks are right in the thick of it.
Fascinating indeed, the banks are like drug dealers, get you hooked and then own your arse, then charge you every time you want to wipe it!
On Delchev's sarcophagus you can read the following inscription: "We swear the future generations to bury these sacred bones in the capital of Independent Macedonia. August 1923 Illinden"
The banks are snakes, they are only in it for themselves. The sooner people realize this the better for them.
If the Greeks think they are being saved then.............Opa! Enjoy the ride!
Its a huge mess...at first it was amusing watching the 'greeks' sink but the problem is so severe that once the contagion sets in its ramifications have the potential to cause us problems even here in Australia...
Macedonia is still parading around in high heels and gaudy makeup to get into the EU. I hope Macedonia realises it will be prostituting itself for less money now. In this sense Greece's problem is Macedonia's problem. But if Macedonia can attain a degree of self respect, it will weather this very nicely.

Sleeping with the enemy could turn out to be our downfall, dunno if anyone heard of loraina bobbit? we need to act as she did
