The Bulgarian Foreign Minister Nickolay Mladenov was in Washington, D.C. and spoke at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. UMD President Metodija A. Koloski had the opportunity to pose the question about the Macedonian minority and the Bulgarian non-recognition of the Macedonian minority in its own borders.
