But from what I understand, there's a whole bunch of purpose built ports around Australia for exporting minerals. I think the Chinese buy a mine, build a railroad to the closest harbour and then stick a porting facility there. That way they bypass the need to build massive rail/road infrastructure to our usual ports and have a whole system within a system going on.

I have no idea if Australian customs are present at those ports to control what's coming in and out, but given they can't even control what's coming in and out of Sydney and Melbourne I'm guessing they don't even bother with these little ones. For all we know we could have half the Chinese army sitting in the desert.

I haven't seen the movie. I find it ironic that Australia's entire defence strategy is to stop invaders at sea and in the air before they get here, while at the same time installing all these backdoors for them.

Whether Soros realizes or not, meeting with Zaev is a fatal mistake. All EU and US officials who have met with the SDS virus have been removed from office and ended their careers.

Раководството на ДУИ доцна синоќа на партискиот состанок едногласно одлучи дека на претстојните претседателски избори ќе излезе со својот кандидат. Со тоа пропаѓа концептот за консензуален кандидат за шеф на државата кој владиниот коалиционен партнер го заговараше.

Портпаролот на ДУИ Бујар Османи објави дека претседателството одлучило дека ДУИ на претседателските избори ќе излезе со сопствен кандидат, оставајќи ја отворена можноста за соработка со албанските партии од Македонија, но исто така и со партиите на другите заедници во земјата.

"ДУИ на претседателските избори ќе излезе со сопствен кандидат,. Овластивме посредник да оствари разговори со албанските политички партии за евентуална заедничка кандидатска опција, но и со политичките партии на другите заедници за кандидат кој ќе биде над етнички, но ќе видиме како ќе се одржат разговорите за ова прашање ", рече Османи.

Xhevdet Hajredini, finance expert, analyst and former finance minister, reveals his observations about the obstructions that Ali Ahmeti is doing in the government that is lead by Zoran Zaev. In this interview, Hajredini also analyzes Ahmeti’s position in regards to the Law on the use of languages, as well as his infamous role that he plays with his constant action against the government reforms, with the efforts for the judiciary to remain captured, and by this for Gruevski to remain free.

What is DUI’s role, which is now a coalition partner of SDSM in the Government, which should undeniably be in accordance with the Government’s anti-corruption agenda, as well as with all the important aspects of the political processes in the country? What is your view on DUI’s role in these political processes as a coalition partner in the Government?

I would start with the time before Ali Ahmeti was to be forced by the European Union, personally by Federica Mogherini, to distance himself from VMRO-DPMNE and Nikola Gruevski. In an interview for the newspaper Republika, Nikola Gruevski said that he would never allow DUI to form a coalition with SDSM. After the journalist asked how he would prevent this, he replied that those from DUI know how. “Well then”, continued the journalist, “could you also tell us how?”. “You will allow us to keep some of our plans a secret”.

However, it happened as it did, after there were no more officials from America, from NATO, from the European Union, who didn’t come here to force him to distance himself. However, DUI’s evident behavior from then until today, regardless of what has happened, speaks that this link is not interrupted.

The question is raised as to why Gruevski did not use that tool? This is also agreed in the new set-up and constellation of the political configuration in Macedonia. Ali Ahmeti needs to do everything he can in order to help Nikola Gruevski. In helping Gruevski, he is actually protecting himself. If it were to come to a fall, then Gruevski will use the trump cards he has, and that would lead to who knows what kind of consequences for Macedonia, for Ahmeti and for VMRO and Gruevski, and for the country overall.

In which way is Ali Ahmeti helping Gruevski? Can you give us an example?

I can testify that Ali Ahmeti was working in favor and under the pressure of Nikola Gruevski even during the negotiations for the Przino Agreement. I have personally had the opportunity to hear this testimony from Peter Vanhoutte. In an interview for Focus at that time, April 2015, he said that during the negotiations, at one moment Gruevski had requested for a break so that he could consult Ali Ahmeti alone. They moved away, and after some time he returned, Ali Ahmeti was pale and turned towards Gruevski. He also told me this: “I took aside one member from the group of VMRO and asked him: What did you do to the man for him to change this way? We showed him a movie, upstairs”.

So, this connection, this problem functions even today. How? Very simple.

According to the suggestions and recommendations of the Venice Commission, all the recordings of the bombs were supposed to be published. Even those dialogues of private character, if they are of public interest, is stated in the recommendation. There was an attempt for this to pass in parliament, for this proposal to be adopted. Not only did Ali Ahmeti not agree for the recordings to be published, but he even had DUI propose a law, in accordance with VMRO, for the recordings not to be published not only in Macedonia, but also outside the country.

What does that mean? It means that Ali Ahmeti does not want what’s inside the recordings to be touched, at any price, even though before Zaev released any of those recordings that same Ali Ahmeti said: “Everything there is in regards to DUI can be published, if someone has done something then he should be held responsible”.

However, in that time, whether intentionally or not, Zaev released two-three recordings about DUI and personally about Ali Ahmeti, who speaks perfectly in Macedonian with Nikola Gruevski about saving some illegally built buildings in Cair, while that same man is applying the Ohrid Agreement for 17 years just for him. He has the opportunity and the money to pay for an interpreter and to speak in Albanian with translation at every public appearance. So, he does apply the Ohrid Agreement, but just for himself.

Hence, he is obstructing all the proposals. He made a bomb with the very fact that he set the Law on the use of languages as a condition, contrary to Hahn’s and others’ opinion that there is no need for the law to have a flag. For him it was not so much about the language, because if it was about the language, especially in these eight years, five of which he had a two-thirds majority in the Assembly, then he would have passed that law in agreement with Gruevski.

However, the law was not a primary issue for him. For him it was primary to prevent the processes of passing the reform laws, to continue with the capture of the judiciary, to have prolongings in the hearings for two years…

And imagine for these processes to continue this way, after some rulings are brought by the basic courts, they need to go to the court of appeals, so with Ali Ahmeti’s prolonging of the processes, he is directly helping Nikola Gruevski.

What does Zoran Zaev, as a prime Minister of this government, need to do at this moment?

There was no need for Zaev to accept all the conditions of Ali Ahmeti, especially after the changes that occurred in VMRO, and after the possibility for Ali Ahmeti to go and form a coalition with VMRO at every moment didn’t exist anymore. Zaev didn’t have to support Ali Ahmeti in order to win all the mayors, because the international community, the European Union wouldn’t have allowed Ali Ahmeti to simply leave the government in order to create a crisis, elections and so on. This is not possible now. We just need to have in consideration, especially Zoran Zaev, that the processes of unfolding this crisis were enabled by those 30-40.000 Albanian voters, who brought 4-5 MPs for SDSM’s coalition.

Ali Ahmeti also helped with the SEC, through Subhi Jakupi, who refrained from voting for opening more ballot boxes in Gostivar; VMRO wouldn’t have had not even 51 MPs…

And now, those Albanians who voted for Zaev are rightly disappointed. One of them from Cair said to Zaev directly: “We voted for you to save us from these gangs of DUI in Cair, and you have come here to save Ali Ahmeti’s gangs”. Zaev was left speechless. Zaev didn’t have to go to that extent, he could have also pressured Ahmeti and not supported mayors who he himself also mentioned were corrupted. Here, I still cannot realize why Zaev is supporting him to that extent. Ali Ahmeti is doing all of this in order to protect himself and to save Gruevski.

The moment Gruevski sees that he will definitely be going to jail, and with such a process that will not be soon, then he will implement all the laws that he had previously announced.

Oh, how ironic. The US did everything they could to support Macedoina's name change and Albanianization of Macedonia in the name of Balkan peace and security, and now they are warning of the possibility of of a military conflict in the Balkans during 2019.

According to Sputnik, the Balkans has not been mentioned during the Senate debate, but it is in the report itself.

"The Western Balkans will, almost certainly, be at a certain risk of low-level violence and a possible open military conflict in 2019," the NSA report said.

It added that Russia "will try to use ethnic tensions and high levels of corruption to prevent the countries of this region from moving towards the EU and NATO."

Commenting on the allegations from the report, analyst Aleksandar Pavic pointed out for Sputnik that what was written - and that is, the possibility of a military conflict - is a reality "for the simple reason that US officials are talking about it."

"There is good chance for this because America appears both as the arsonist and as the firefighter. If they keep insisting, pressure Serbia and the RS (Serb Republic) to join NATO and reach an agreement on Kosovo at all costs, of course, there is a greater chance of conflict. In other words, this depends largely on the behavior of the Americans, and then of the other Western powers who have military, media and financial supremacy on the ground here," Pavic pointed out.

The fact that out of the report's 42 pages, only two sentences are dedicated to the Balkans, Sputnik's interlocutor does not see as a lack of interest in the Balkans. On the contrary.

"In the report, inside Europe, only the Balkans, Turkey and the United Kingdom, because of Brexit, have been singled out. That would mean these are precisely the main neuralgic points, along with, of course, Russian and Chinese influence in Europe. That's not even something new. In August, (the now) outgoing American official in charge of Europe and Eurasia Wess Mitchell cited the Balkans, along with Ukraine and Georgia, as those places on the front line in the fight against Russian influence," noted Pavic, described as an expert on US politics.

Asked whether this means that additional pressure on Serbia and the RS should be expected, he had no dilemma: "Absolutely."

Кругот се затвори. Името го сменивме. Принципот за неказнување криминал не го сменивме.

„Ниту еден криминал не смее да остане неказнет“, изјави министерката за правда Рената Дескоска и веднаш внесе оптимизам во нашите животи. Оти, со оваа изјава цврсто нѐ убеди дека ниту еден криминалец нема да остане неказнет. Освен тие што ќе останат неказнети. И освен тие чиишто дела нема да застарат. И тие на кои нема да им се преквалификува кривичното дело. И тие за кои СЈО не покренало истрага во рок од 18 месеци. И тие што нема да бидат амнестирани. И тие што нема да бидат аболицирани. И тие што не избегале. И освен Ѓоко Поповски од МВР што го набавувал мерцедесот по нарачка на Груевски.

Бидете спокојни. Сега и Врховниот суд речиси едногласно пресуди дека СЈО веќе нема право да води нови истраги, па малку ќе земеме здив од беспоштедната битка што власта ја поведе против високопрофилните криминалци. Конечно, и тие ќе почувствуваат што е живот за сите.

Па и претседателот на Врховниот суд Јово Вангеловски нема да се грижи ако случајно му текне на СЈО да покрене обвинение и за него. Оти, го чувме во бомбите како изнесува докази и му ги дава на Миле Јанакиески. Што убаво. Претседателот на Врховниот суд самиот одлучил повеќе да не може да биде гонет. А останатите 16 врховни судии одлучиле дека не смее да се гони криминал за кој има обезбедено докази. За секој случај. Ептен правично. А богами и врховно поимање на правната држава.

Што е за право, таков е законот. Ама, што е за право, законот може да се смени. Во Собрание. Оти и законот со кој беше формирано СЈО беше донесен со политичка одлука. Во Собрание.

Нели Заев се пофали дека има двотретинско мнозинство? Нели цела влада е посветена на борбата против криминалот? Нели и новото раководство на ВМРО-ДПМНЕ на чело со Мицкоски се оградува од криминалите на луѓето на Груевски за кои ги гони СЈО? Тогаш, зошто постоечкото реформско двотретинско мнозинство не изгласа закон со кој ќе му овозможи на СЈО да си ја заврши работата? Кога веќе ги собрало доказите за криминал.

Нели СЈО беше формирано токму за да ги истражи криминалите што произлегоа од бомбите? Нели се измисли Катица Јанева за да ги истражува бомбите затоа што Марко Зврлески не сакаше и не смееше да ги истражува? Нели бомбите кои ги објавуваше Заев беа причина за најголемата политичка криза во независна Македонија по војната во 2001? Сто Пржински преговори и договори се направија, осум месеци шетавме по улици, колку канти боја се потрошија за боење на Скопје 2014, колку дипломати од Америка до Европа се изредија да ја решаваат кризата, два пати избори се одложуваа, вратите на обвинителите им се затвараа, документи им се криеја, колку време токму Врховниот суд ја блокираше работата на СЈО со тоа што се обидуваше да не ги прифаќа бомбите како докази… Па и самата Катица Јанева бараше изземање на Јово Вангеловски баш затоа што го има во бомбите.

Причините поради кои беше формирано СЈО уште важат. Не сме виделе нови судии во Врховниот суд. Не сме виделе ни нови лица во Јавното обвинителство.

Заев се фалеше дека урнал режим со пенкало. Сега со пенкало ќе го урне и СЈО. А што е за право, да не беше СЈО тешко дека ќе паднеше и режимот на Груевски.

И така, кругот се затвори. Името го сменивме. Принципот за неказнување криминал не го сменивме.

Кога веќе се зборува за криминал, треба многу да се внимава да не се споменува ДУИ. Оти вицепремиерот за евроинтеграции Бујар Османи е многу чувствителен ако името на неговата партија се поврзува со криминал. И веднаш се заканува со тужба.

Не знам зошто изненадување од заканите со тужба. Па лидерот на ДУИ Али Ахмети и поранешниот вицепремиер Муса Џафери – каменот од блиску доаѓа – го тужеа ексразузнавачот Слободан Богоевски затоа што во сведочење пред Њујоршки суд, во случај во кој американската држава го тужеше Дојче телеком за поткуп на високи функционери, рекол дека поткупот го примиле баш тие двајцата.

А и СЈО има покренато истраги и за Бујар Османи и за Али Ахмети. Па на Заев му одговара Врховниот суд да биде кабает за врзувањето на рацете на СЈО. Оти во Собранието му виси двотретинското мнозинство да ги спроведе реформите со кои токму чувствителниот Бујар Османи ќе ни направи европска интеграција.

Затоа, не споменувај го залудно светото име ДУИ. Или, ако веќе баш мора да го споменеш тоа име, изговори го на албански. Почитувај го законот. Оти за нив други закони не важат.

Не биле украдени 19 милиони евра од придонесите за пензии додека директори на Пензискиот фонд биле кадри на ДУИ. Туку, тоа била системска грешка. Така велат од ДУИ и ја обвинија министерката за труд и социјала Мила Царовска дека „не внимава на начинот на презентација“.

Како не биле украдени? Нели тие 19 милиони евра требало да завршат на приватните сметки на 12.000 пензиски осигуреници? Не завршиле на нивна сметка. Парите се потрошени. Дали по желба на Груевски да прави кампањи, дали со знаење и умешност на Ставрески, тие 19 милиони евра сега ги нема. Треба да се најдат 19 милиони евра? Треба. Треба сега сите да плаќаме за тоа што Груевски си купувал гласови од пензионерите, а директорите на ДУИ му помагале? Треба. Па како тогаш не сме ограбени?

Излезе најлошото од ДУИ. Ама излезе и најлошото од СДСМ. Јавно си ја испизмија најуспешната министерка. Зошто? За едно директорско место во градинка.

Министерката Мила Царовска му ги одзеде ингеренциите на градоначалникот на Куманово Максим Димитриевски затоа што не распишувал оглас за директор на градинка. Прво градоначалникот ја нападна министерката дека му се меша во работата. А потоа еден општински советник близок до градоначалникот, на седница ја праша директорката на градинката дали е вистина дека за 500 евра изнајмиле дрон од сопругот на министерката.

Кога Заев на времето викаше „Ќе јадеме живи деца“ веројатно го имал на ум капацитетот на сплеткарење во неговата партија. Клановите на СДСМ скапо ќа ја чинат Македонија.

Како весела оддишка доаѓа изјавата на лидерот на ВМРО-ДПМНЕ: „Јас сум подготвен да бидам премиер на Република Македонија. Јас сум подготвен да бидам претседател на Владата на Македонија“.

Не е сѐ така црно во Македонија. Има и комични моменти.

Порталот на албански јазик „Лајм“ пишува дека најновите препукувања помеѓу СДСМ-ДУИ, изгледа дека се сериозни. Ова напнатата ситуација, не започна само од судирите во врска со Законот за албански јазик, и одлуката да се испрати во Венецијанската комисија, каде што ДУИ инсистираше да се испратат на оценување само одделни одредби, додека пак СДСМ целиот закон го испрати за ревизија.

Ова заладување на односите што се случува од неможноста за реформа на правосудниот систем од претходната влада на ВМРО-ДУИ, каде што ова се одрази и со одлука на Врховниот суд, предводен од Јово Вангеловски кој е избран од страна на ВМРО и ДУИ. Пред еден ден овој Врховен суд го суспендира Специјалното јавно обвинителство за кривично гонење, по истекот на рокот утврден со закон.

Нереформирањето на ДУИ, исто така, му смета и на Движењето Беса на Африм Гаши. Од оваа партија сметаат дека ДУИ не рефлектира доволно и дека не се одделуваат од корумпираните структури и покрај тоа што пред извесно време вети такво нешто.

Поради ова Заев и Гаши почнаа консултации со меѓународната заедница, за да се најде најсоодветниот начин за отстранување на Ахмети од владата заедно со неговата партија. Исто како Гаши и Заев, и меѓународните претставници се незадоволни од инсистирањето на ДУИ, по секоја цена да ги брани финкционерите од владата на Груевски, кои треба да одат во затвор.

По инсистирањето на меѓународниот фактор, Заев и Гаши одлучиле на ДУИ да му дадат последна шанса: рок од три недели за да се реформира, или ќе бидат исклучени од владата, пишува во текстот кој го облави Лајм.

Ова напнатата ситуација, не започна само од судирите во врска со Законот за албански јазик, и одлуката да се испрати во Венецијанската комисија, каде што ДУИ инсистираше да се испратат на оценување само одделни одредби, додека пак СДСМ целиот закон го испрати за ревизија.
