    No, Onur, there are a lot of mosques left in Greece. This mosque on Ostrovo is long abandoned, but it's still there. Also there is a well preserved one in Voden (Edessa) and in Giannitsa and personally I have seen quite a lot of them throughout northern Greece. These are historical monuments indeed and they are all preserved.
    The tactic of destroying mosques by Christians and churches by Muslims is generally a common thing, although I personally disagree with any kind of religious violence.
