Yeah, thats what i know as well, i thought this one in picture still intact :S

They also burned whole Jewish buildings in Salonika too at the time of Metaxas dictatorship but in the Turkish newspaper, i saw the pictures of one particular partly destroyed mosque in Salonika which serves as a theater for porn movies only.


Ok, they hate anything related with islam but those mosques are build even as early as 16th century..

FFS, Its an historical monument, not only a mosque.... sigh...

No, Onur, there are a lot of mosques left in Greece. This mosque on Ostrovo is long abandoned, but it's still there. Also there is a well preserved one in Voden (Edessa) and in Giannitsa and personally I have seen quite a lot of them throughout northern Greece. These are historical monuments indeed and they are all preserved.
The tactic of destroying mosques by Christians and churches by Muslims is generally a common thing, although I personally disagree with any kind of religious violence.
