Warrior, Thats a communist law having to go to a cop shop if you stay for longer then 3 days, so how are tourists suppose to go in and queue up just to register themselves? I know they photograph you in the Skopje Airport at the passport control and when you get your biometric passport they finger print you so they got all the information they need.

You go and figure this government that claims to be democtratic! Arent you a supporter of them? They are ruining the country for self interests, even though its hard to run the country but some of their policies compound the problem, what is even more SAD there is no alternative, so it seems everyone has given up, except the Shipci....

Warrior, Its just the law needs to be changed thats all its from the Communist Era, but there is a new invention now. You can pay for a taksena marka via SMS instead of queuing up to get one its like 50 denars or something like that. Having to queue up to pay for those stupid uplatnici in a Bank or a Posta is also an old Communist rule, the sooner they change it the better.

The Macedonian government is doing a fantastic job and I'm proud of them. Could it do better - sure it could, but it's arguably the best Macedonian government we've ever had and light years ahead of many governments in the European Union.

Jankovska, Im a bit surprised why you are questioning me when i tried to help you here, you never even listened to the interview and come back with a question in order for me to think twice about this. People are going in and out of Stari Kraj and i havnt heard anything bad, what Ambassador Stojanovski said was the law now if you choose to ignore it and spit in my face because i tried to help you thats a different matter.

As for Maknews i simply agreed with his statement, we can all agree on what we like and you continue to be upset with this. I cant say i agree entirely with him but this one was one of his better posts.

I am not sure why you think I am questioning you, that was not my intention whatsoever. I actually think you are right. But I need to know for sure, coz one interview says this, other says that and the papers say different. Our police obviously is of no use and I am writing my 4th email to MVR. I am actually planing da gi oteram u picku materinu in this email only because I don't think you should be emailing 4 times to check about something. But I guess that's what happens when everyone there is by vrski zaposlen and is of no use to anyone. If I have a confirmation from MVR I would go tomorrow, but I doubt I will get one.

Појаснување на МВР за иселениците кои ќе ја посетуваат Македонија

Амбасадата на Република Македонија во Канбера по неодамнешните објавени статии во дневинте весници во Република Македонија со наслов "Иселениците во македонски визен ѕид" испрати официјален допис до Министерството за внатрешни работи на Република Македонија со барање да се објасни точната актуелната ситуација во која би се нашле многумина иселеници од Македонија кои живееат во Австралија и Нов Зеланд кои во летниот период би ја посетиле Македонија.
Одговорот од Министерството за внатрешни работи на Република Македонија е следниот:
Македонските граѓани (тоа значи сите оние кои се родени во Македонија и не се откажале од македонското државјанство или станале државјани со природување) кои привремено престојуваат, живеат и работат во странска држава кога ќе пристигнат во Република Македонија, а поседуваат и државјанство на друга држава, во Република Македонија се сметаат исклучиво за државјани на Република Македонија согласо Законот за државјанство на РМ (Сл. Весник на РМ бр. 67/92, 08/04 и 98/08). Согласно горенаведеното овие граѓани можат да влезат во РМ со странска патна исправа доколку не поседуваат македонски пасош или истиот е загубен, оштетен или со поминат рок, но за патување во странство им е потребна патна исправа согласно Законот за патни исправи на државјаните на Република Македонија.
Државјаните на РМ (без разлика дали имаат само македонско или двојно) кои живеат во странска држава, или престојуваат на подолг временски период, согласно чл. 8 од Законот за Пријавување на живеалиште и престојувалиште на граѓани (Сл. весник 36/92, 12/93, 43/00 и 66/07), должни се непосредно пред заминувањето да го пријават своето одење во странство на наделжен службен орган, и тоа:
- во местото на нивното живеалиште во подрачна единица на Министерството за внатрешни работи
- на граничен премин
- во дипломатско-конзуларните преставништва на РМ во странство (непосередно по заминувањето).
Пријавувањето се врши со пополнување на ПРИЈАВА НА ГРАЃАНИ ЗА ПРЕСТОЈ ВО СТРАНСТВО ПОДОЛГ ОД ТРИ МЕСЕЦИ. Претходното се однесува и на малолетни деца кои живеат во исто семејство.
Граѓаните кои се евидентирани дека живеалиштето им е во странство, во компјутерските податоци на МВР се водат под категорија "ДИЈАСПОРА" или "НАДВОР ОД МКД". На оваа категорија на лица се дозволува излез од РМ со странски пасош заради непречено движење (излез и влез во РМ). Доколку претходно не се евидентирани, а се на гости во РМ и не се заитересирани да се здобијат со македонска патна иасправа оваа обврска (пријавување на живеалиште во странска држава), мора да ја остварат во горенаведените наделжни органи, во спротивно нема да им биде дозволено да ја напушта Република Македонија согласно инструкцијата која Министерствот за внатрешни работи ја има доставено до граничните премини: "излез од РМ се дозволува за граѓаните на РМ само со пасош на РМ (односно граѓани кои имаат активно живеалиште во РМ).

I have no interest in supporting anyone, unlike you, gauging by the response. Simple go and talk to the average citizen and they will tell you how they feel of today party or previous party..When was the last time you went through Debar, Gostivar and Tetovo?....

And how are you suppose to get facts from that country, since they are written up to suit political sides. Obviously you live under a rock not to know that....You pick up one paper that is totally to one side and the other totally opposite. Warrior, Who do you suggest we trust? Branko Crvenkovski and Menduh Tachi? Come on dont be like that. Nobody saying they are perfect but mate they are trying very hard and doing their best, i know thats not always good enough but its going to take a bit of time if we were to start seeing results.
