If we're going to identify ancient Macedonian culture as that which was practiced in the Macedonian state from antiquity then I would say that Vinca culture (along with others) evolved into Macedonian culture over a period of several centuries. Otherwise, I don't think Vinca culture 'influenced' Macedonian culture in a strict sense because the two didn't co-exist at the same time.
