Mihailov's entire career in the management of VMRO is based on the thesis that with the numerous murders he ordered, he was protecting the interests of the Organization.

The very thought that as a member of the Central Committee they will accept an accomplice in the murder of Aleksandrov is more than absurd, and at the same time it is insulting to the revolutionary movement.

Mihajlov's letter to the Foreign Mission proves that Mihajlov planned the murder of Protogerov without informing the other heads of VMRO. He did not even share his intention with Todor Aleksandrov's mother, who called her a terrible woman who "will set a man's brain on fire".

This person is General Protogerov, from whom Mihailov expects to "respond appropriately". Mihailov must have been a big conspirator to keep the intention to kill the general a secret for 4 years. A time during which he swore allegiance to Protogerov in front of the delegates of the General Congress, wrote him heartfelt letters and called him comrade

There needs to be more research done in this area, not much has been written about Mihajlov prior to entering the scene and weaselling his way into VMRO.

There are reports he was given a sponsorship by the Serbian Education Ministry to further his studies but like I said there is scarce information in this area.

He never dared step foot in any of the occupied regions of Macedonia nor did he see any combat.

Vancho Mihajlov just wanted cash, it appears MPO were becoming sick of his cash grab and his constant requests for more cash.

He would travel to the post office which was a fair hike numerous times in a day to which MPO questioned him why he would frequent the post office so many time as it was a waste of the MPO's money. His response was that there might be an important letter.

Mihajlov appeared to be more interested in writing his books than anything else as put by a high ranking MPO member "With those books of his (Mihajlov), he ate us".
