You've just made your own coke now phoenix for your information haha ha someone has discovered the secret receipe for kfc it;s under secret receipes.I have never tried it but i hear it works.Your own Chicken in a box, If the Colonel finds out you got his receipe hell turn in his grave!
you can use a frying pan or a pressure crowker:....err ......ha ha Cooker!
So phoenix you asked for it
Here it is: The KFC original fried chicken

Many times you may have visited the KFC to savor the taste of original fried chicken from KFC and wished that if you make it at your home. Now you can prepare the KFC Original fried chicken at your home with the recipe mentioned here under. It would be advisable for you to go through the article KFC Secret Recipe before you proceed further, after you have done so you are fully prepared to make the Original fried chicken at your home.

To prepare this recipe you will require the following ingredients:

1 chicken, which is cut up into smaller frying pieces
150 grams of all purpose flour mixed with secret spices
      1 pack of Tomato Soup
      2 eggs
      2/3 cup of milk
Vegetable oil to cover the bottom of a frying pan about 1/2 inch deep

Secret Spices:1 tablespoon of dried rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon of dried wild marjoram leaves
1 tablespoon of powdered Kitchen sage leaves
1 teaspoon of dried and powdered ginger
1 teaspoon of dried sweet marjoram leaves
1 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
      3 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of dry and minced parsley leaves
      1 teaspoon of pepper
      1 tablespoon of paprika powder
      2 tablespoons garlic salt
      2 tablespoons onion salt
2 tablespoons powdered chicken soup cubes
1 package of tomato soup mix

      Method
First, beat the eggs in a bowl and pour the milk in the bowl, when a smooth mixture is obtained, set it aside.

Now get another bowl and mix the soup mix and flour together. Take a piece of chicken and dip it into the egg/milk batter.

Then place it in the flour mixture and cover the chicken with it. Repeat the dipping and covering process for each chicken piece till each one is generously coated.

Now put the chicken pieces into the frying pan and fry them over medium heat and cover the frying pan with its lid. Leave the pieces in there for about 25 to 30 minutes, turning and flipping occasionally.

When each of the pieces are fried golden brown, remove them from the frying pan and drain the excess oil onto paper towels.

      Its ready to be served.
So you have just learned how to make KFC original fried chicken

        Its cool George S.

Phoenix’s attacks remind me of midget…you know he is a small man…small in stature small in mind and what usually follows small pinkie in the nether regions…like holding one outstretched hand on his forehead while he swings his fists in mid air but cant reach.

            Ozi,

Yes RC is still in the USA. I miss that drink, that was way better than Coke. Tab ! havnt heard that one in a while. I think it had a fiasco with sacharine or something and they stopped selling it. Cherry Coke was really good too but none of those are sold here in Greece. I guess there is no market for it here. Dr Pepper was also pretty good.

We put lemon in our Cokes here for digestive purposes. Never heard of Mastika though. Il give that one a shot...

Mastika is a aniseed flavored grape brandy similar to ouzo but different in the other subflavours it has and a much higher alcohol content.

Like most good recipes no one knows how to make it exactly the same as the original…made in a place called Strumica in RoM

You can by it at a lot of places if you get a chance to make a trip to RoM. Be careful if you buy it anywhere else ie not in RoM there is a Bulgarian version using the name Mastika…look for Grozd Strumicka Mastika although the writing is in Macedonian. Theres a guy posting here under the name Mastika and his avatar is a copy of a bottles label.

I don’t know the price there now…Prolet is our resident expert on all things up to date in Macedonia and he might know…but when I was on holidays there a 1 liter bottle cost me retail the equivalent of aud8.00 yet here in Australia it goes from aud54.00 to aud58.00 depending on where you find it. We get ripped off for everything here in Australia.

Because I love all the complexities of its flavor I usually like to have it straight and chilled…because of the high alcohol content it is very tolerant to cold…but sometimes I mix it with Coca Cola.

There are some brands of cola here with ginseng and they are really nice on a hot day. Another really nice cola on a hot day is Bisleri Chinotto Cola an Italian style cola…also made by the coca cola people here…which tastes like it has bitters and other stuff in it. Strange thing is summer I love the taste yet in winter it tastes different to me and I don’t like it.

Oh.. so its a type of booze. Other Greeks may know about it, but I never knew that. Who would of thought. The mastika I know is the stuff thats from a jar. You usually spoon it out and old people mix it with water ( If i remember correctly ) I thought you guys were dipping that stuff in the Cokes ! Now it makes sense. lol.

votron * oz Mastika in macedonia probably retails for $6 bucks but by the time it gets australia its $50 what a rip off.The other stuff home made stuff is like 90% proof you risk liver damage if you drink that or stomach ulcers.I'm sure it's like that with uzo?

In Turkey, traditional Raki only has aniseed aroma but we call Raki with mastic aroma as "mastika". Also we prepare jar with mastic, i think thats what Voltron says.

As far as i know, mastic tree only grows in Aegean Anatolia and Chios island. Are there mastic trees in Macedonia or anywhere else?

Mastika is Rakija with aniseed thrown in the kazan when making it. I just made 40 Lt.

George, have you ever been fishing, personally I go after a good snapper, you know those dumb fish with the big lump on their heads, butt ugly but a nice eating fish...I like to cook them whole on the BBQ.

I would compare OziMak to a 'pinky', not sure how much he could provide for us, a bit like his contributions here...
