yeah how about the germans who threw out millions and be they gypsies or turks they are disliked for the simple reason of not being german.Speaking of german is not really matter as they are well disliked as a race.The germans are showing that they are racists and are demanding absurd requests.

This is a very interesting thread, and the news coming out of Germany regarding a discussion requiring immigrants to speak German at home only adds to its intrigue.

Clearly, there is blowback in Germany. I have observed this trend in Europe for a number of years (witness the National Front in France), and it is becoming more pronounced by the day. There is a fear, and I believe it is legitimate, that historic Europe will vanish from the pages of time if the current trend continues. The demographics of Western Europe are changing, and there is blowback because of it.

On the one hand, one can understand why the German government would want to force immigrants to speak German, and on the other, one can understand why such a measure (if adopted) is totalitarian in nature, and cannot and should not, be enforced.

Germany and Western Europe are reaping what they have sown.

This is not the case with Russia, however.

It's obvious that these articles are exaggerations. Unfortunately I couldn't even find WHAT exactly CSU proposed for. I guess/hope it would be something that makes sense.

I'm starting to get it in the past the racism was so bad that the german govt expelled the immigrants.I think there will be more of the same.Anyone different will face the consequences.
