This was the first time I asked you that question.

No response on what you define as 'isolation', or any of the posts related to the thread?

Isolation meaning that we are not able to obtain membership into NATO or the European Union. Isolation in that we are admitted with an acronym under every international organization in the World.

Isolation in that we have a noose tied around our necks and that whenever we desire to do something on the international level, there is always 1 million obstacles by 'greece' and Bulgaria.

The various governments have all failed to provide any answers or solutions.

Even the current "nationalist" government appears to be preparing for the inevitable (ie compromise on the name issue). Read carefully the statements of the new President and you will see what I mean.

We are being setup once again. Only this time it is the Macedonian leadership doing the setting up.

What frame of mind? Someone is asking me to tell him who I am? I already stated who I am 3 times in here. Brazilian-Macedonian 2nd generation. My grandfather was from Aegean Macedonia and fought against the 'greeks'. Went to Skopje and eventually migrated to Brazil where he married. I'm his grandchild.

Are your parents Macedonian.. and do you speak it?
            Have you been to Macedonia..?
And would you know the population of Macedonians in Brazil..?
What are your views on Macedonia and your views of it's Neighbours????????

Sorry to ask so many Questions..?
The Macedonians originates it, the Bulgarians imitate it and the Greeks exploit it!

                Nikodim,

You push the same line as SDSM/UMD. You seem to invoke images of Macedonia being "isolated" and suggest that it is the fault of the Macedonians they are not recognized, or that the Macedonians are responsible for the challenges they face in respect of non-recognition, non-membership. They have a responsibility to look after their people, their home, and their heritage - these things should not be compromized under any circumstances.

Membership of NATO and the E.U will not be the pinnacle of some political achievement. E.U benchmarks are in fact pretty ordinary, many people in the E.U are bitterly unhappy, and Macedonia can participate in NATO without being a member - its not that important at the end of the day !!
