You have just congratulated Greece on a move that required another sovereign nation to "come to the negotiating table" about its identity, language and history. If you do not understand the stupidity of that statement, then I am flabbergasted ... it means you are a dumb Greek. If you went to a negotiating table to hear that you are filthy Albo/Vlach/Slav/Turkic scum ... how eager would you be to approach it? How low would it be to ask it from someone. It says so much more about Greece than it does about Macedonia.
In fact, what has happened since the embargo and Macedonia's recent history has been quite remarkable. Our resolve has strengthened and the Macedonians of Greece are starting to understand the hypocrisy of their occupier.
It is not my preferred approach to make personal attacks. But Demos, people like you would not last a minute with me. In fact, your preferred approach around people like me is to say things like "ahhh we are all the same .... blah blah blah". You weak sniveling little weasel, does it mean you have to be such a fuckwit because you have been indoctrinated to believe you are part of a superior race? Mussolini understands you. I don't.
Risto,
It's called REALPOLITIK. It has nothing to do with "feelings" or "racism". Its about Greece protecting her ancient heritage and culture against irredentists and usurpers. Had you been in our shoes you would have done the exact same thing.
I won't even comment about the Mussolini part. Had we been fascists, as you claim we are, your country would had been leveled in 1 week.
It's much cheaper to just buy anything of worth and have Macedonians work for us. It's called economic takeover.
Even the mayor of Sofia is trying to emulate us, so we must be doing something right.

Realpolitik is a depiction of foreign policy that should be based on considerations of power, not ideals, morals, or principles.
Naturally, it is not right.
And naturally, you will cry like a little baby when a more powerful country does it to you. I will not have to wait long to see this I suspect.Risto the Great

If we would have kept the embargo it would have led to the total economic collapse of your country, but I think we got our point across very nicely.
Of course after this period Greek businesses started buying up anything of worth in RoM.
No points for Greece getting its point across.

Yes...it was Greece's national humiliation. I must agree.

While we are at it.
If I was watching a movie reel of Greece's "long" history .... the ONLY music that should be played in the background is Benny Hill music.

The Macedonians would have done better for themselves to have raised the relevent historical positions of Greece, and questioned the truth of them, rather than engage the Greeks in a dispute that is not legitimate.
It is easy to say "Modern Greek is an artificial identity" because all the contemporary evidence suggests it is.
Greece is acting as though it were in a state of war with the Macedonians, and to me this reveals its intentions (and what it has to hide) more than anything else.

Funny comments to say the least. Greece doesn't need to prove anything about who we are as a people. Our version of history and nationality is accepted by all. And to be flooding the internet with ridiculous claims that we are gypsies, slavs, turks, and albanians is just childish to say the least as no one believes you.
Greece will use ALL MEANS necessary to protect its cultural heritage, make no mistake. We mean business and are very passionate about protecting what we believe is ours. We feel zero empathy to crushing our enemies as you probably can tell.
Personally, I don't care that you call yourselves as Macedonians. It's irrelevant to me, but I do take insult when you claim that your ancestors are the ancient Macedonians who worshipped the Olympian Gods, participated in the Olympic Games, and spread Hellenic culture and language throughout the Empire, and also the printing of irredentist maps.
By your own actions you have created a far bigger and far more dangerous enemy than the Albanians could ever become.
I love how all of you keep saying "Greeks this...Greeks that". All that shows is your insecurity about Greece and Greeks in general. It has gotten to the point of an obsession. You have even lowered yourselves so much that you would be willing to allow Turks on your soil again to "protect" you. The same nation that saw you as nothing more than ragiades and no better than an animal for over 400 years.
It's time gentleman to face the truth and stop day dreaming. In every struggle or conflict against the Hellenes you have seen nothing, but one crushing defeat after the next crushing defeat.
Samuel's army got annihilated by Basil and 10,000 of his men all blinded and sent home.
During the 2nd Balkan war attempts to seize Macedonia from us after the Ottomans were crushed all failed.
Immediately following WWII your alliance with Greek communists for the cessation of Macedonia and Thrace from Greece was met with a heavy dose of napalm, thousands of dead, and defeat after defeat. When you saw that you lost AGAIN, those of you who were guilty of collaberating with the enemies of Greece ran to the Yugoslav border for your lives.
Now you have the audacity to think in your puny brains that we somehow owe you something. You rose up against the Hellenic state and tried to dismember it, but being the sore losers that you are, you think some European court is going to reward you.
It doesn't work that way. Greece doesn't owe you anything. You never belonged in our country to begin with. Most of you are with one foot in the grave anyway and looking back at your lives, we know you feel misery and regret for your actions because you traded a potentially good life in a Western country for life in a Communist hell hole.
Most of your compatriots though didn't make the same stupid mistake you dreamers did. Most were peace loving citizens and they lived in a country which was kind to them and they loved it back by accepting Hellenism and now all you can do is call them Grkoman and other epithets, but stop and think for a moment.
In the end, who were the dreamers and stupid ones, you or them?
I think we already know the answer to this question...
In conclusion, I will say this; all you have ever known at the hands of the Greeks is defeat in every arena (political, military, economic). You have two choices which are totally in your hands. You can either accept that you are inferior and just learn to live with it or you can just keep coming and getting crushed again, and again, and again. We are not in the same league. Dreaming you are in the same league as us, still won't change anything.

greece doesn't need to prove anything. It's very obvious to everyone that you are NOTHING BUT gypsies, albanians and turks. Nothing to be ashamed of. The only thing you have going for you are germany and france, the very countries who turned the mish-mash of the region into pure hellenes. We'll see how long this lasts.

We are inferior to who you piece of shit? To who? To you? I would love for a greek to say that to me. I would just love it. It would make my year.
Please. Ban this scum and delete his posts. Read this shit. It makes no sense, it is very racist, it is derogatory to us, and he is calling us inferior? What the fuck is this fucking worm here for?
