The New Greeks have territorial aspirations, its not finished yet, and the only reason Greece can get away with this shit is because it has the full support of Western Europe, but if Greece pisses off enough people Europe, Europe might change its strategy.

If the Macedonian question doesn't go away (as Europe would have liked it to and took measures to achieve that), they might one day soon do an about face and change their strategy. When that day comes, Greece will be fucked forever.

Can you imagine it? Europe deciding that the best way to achieve peace in the region is not to encourage the denial and elimination of the Macedonians, but rather to force the revisionist occupiers to give Macedonians full human rights and full recognition.

It is possible that Western Europe might change its strategy regarding what to do with Macedonian national minorities [1] - and when that day comes amigo, Greece will be in trouble.

You seem to have missed my point.

Europe's position is political.

Europe has always understood that there is a separate and unique Macedonian ethnic group; it has said so, many, many times in official correspondence.

The reasons why Europe has been actively denying and encouraging the assimilation and elimination of the Macedonian national minority, post 1913 and 1919, are political. Europe believed then (and still believes) that the elimination of the Macedonian minorities, would secure peace in the region.

They have wanted the Macedonians to disappear, hoping this would bring peace to the region. (but clearly they have not).

What I am saying to you is what if the E.U changes its political position. What if it realizes the Macedonians are not going away, and won't disappear (they've allowed Greece to attempt this with full European support over the last 90 years), and decides the best way to achieve peace is to change its strategy - and push for full recognition, thereby isolating Greece? Where then for Greece?

If Europe recognizes the Macedonian national minorities, Greece is completely and utterly isolated, now and historically ! It would fuck Greece up forever, which explains why Greece is making so much noise about it, because Greece hopes to God that Europe's support for her position, isn't changing as we speak.
