    ...lol

I still think it was the number one reason all aircraft crash...

Human error, whether that be pilot related, maintenance related or a failure of air traffic control.

I don't buy any of the conspiracy scenarios because there's just far too many people that need to be 'in on it' and that need to be 'kept quiet'

I haven't really followed this story very closely, but my question is, why doesn't Pancevski just release the evidence rather than claiming he will soon? Why is it that everyone who claims to have evidence never actually releases it? Does anyone have any succinct information in relation to this? Any web links?

    Please nothing from Toby.

Pancevski: Former President Trajkovski was brutally murdered

    Monday, 20 February 2012

Former Macedonian president Boris Trajkovski and the rest of the passengers were brutally murdered over Bosnia, while the mountain of evidence is all in Skopje, says Ignat Pancevski, attorney for one of the families.

This shocking statement by Pancevski comes from years of gathering evidence, explaining that not that he has seen the evidence, but now he actually has some of it in his possession.
Pancevski explains that the passengers of the presidential plane which was "brought down" over Bosnia on February 26th 2004 were all alive.

"All passengers in the plane were hurt, but I repeat, they were all alive. I have evidence that one of the passengers phoned his family and spoke to them for half an hour. His legs were badly hurt, but he spoke to his family. There is evidence, audio and video evidence for this assassination.

There is a satellite video footage what happened. Trajkovski's presidential plane was shot down by a military aircraft. After the plane went down, mobile military units (the same units spotted by Bosnian villagers) went to the fallen presidential plane and brutally murdered the Macedonian president, the crew and his advisors.

The bodies were scattered by the soldiers and set on fire with napalm" says attorney Pancevski.

Pancevski says Macedonian governmental structures and the secret services is acutely aware of what happened and the reasons behind it. However, they were concerned of going public...

"I have repeatedly asked the Macedonian Government to meet with me because of the mountain of evidence I possess, but no one has contacted me. Neither the prosecution, nor the Commission who was investigating the "incident", nor Andreas Gross, the Swiss MP who has repeatedly stated that Trajkovski was assassinated." says Pancevski.

This is what Andreas Gross said in European Parliament in May 2010.
"I am utterly convinced this was a murder, based on new informations that I can't presently speak of. Of course, this is my personal belief, based on contradictions in the official story which leads to the hypothesis that this was a murder." Gross added the motives, the cause and the reasons should be sought in the West, and not the East, adding he was fearing for his safety and no longer drives his car!!!

    Pancevski continued...
"The evidence is simply too much. Where do you want me to start? The fact that none of the bodies have kerosene traces, the fact we have audio recordings of military organization congratulating itself via their communication channels in three languages for the successful shooting down of Trajkovski's presidential plane!!!" says Pancevski adding "all evidence is in Skopje, all of it".

Pancevski says he will make everything public very soon.
Channel 5 just recently did an analysis of the "incident" on their show "KOD". It found dozens of holes in the official story, the fact that the radar in Mostar was not functioning, yet it somehow gave 'readings' of the plane speed and location, one day after it disappeared.

The ILT device did not work the entire day, during the day of the incident. ILT devices would have shown the location of where the presidential plane had fallen. When Macedonian authorities flew to Bosnia to question foreign military personnel who managed the radars/ILT device, the soldiers were whisked away by their supervisors to a Western European country.

The ILT device was first said did not function the entire day due to faulty equipment, however it somehow started working the following morning to pinpoint the fallen plane and burnt bodies.
Boris Trajkovski's twin brother Aleksandar, has said from day one that his brother was murdered!

This 'incident' was also a cause for additional inter-party quarrel.
VMRO claimed that during SDSM's reign, there has been two highly suspicious presidential assassinations, one of Gligorov and Trajkovski. //Emil Zafirovski
One comment about the press release:
    L'OTAN
Trajkovski kicked out NATO from Macedonia, paid with his life for it.
He wouldn't allow NATO to set up bases as they had done in Kosovo, Grease, Bulgaria..
Anyone have any suggestions for the real motivations driving the alleged murder?

MP Gross speaks once more of Trajkovski, fears for his safety...
    Monday, 03 May 2010

Swiss member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Andreas Gross announces second report and supports claims that the crash of former President Boris Trajkovski's plane was murder. The information will soon be made public, he said for Deutsche Welle radio in Macedonian.

At the last session of PACE Gross claimed that plane crash in which former President of the Republic of Macedonia Boris Trajkovski together with his associates was not an accident but a murder.

    - It is my personal conviction, I am convinced that this a murder, and I base this on new information for which I do not want to speak yet. This personal claim is also based on knowledge on unbelievable contradictories which logically lead to a murder hypotheses, says Gross who will soon visit Macedonia where.

Gross presented the claims that the death of the former Macedonian President was not an accident but murder for not making comparison with the resent plane crash of Polish President Lech Kaczynski.

He does not reveal who leads the investigation for the death of the President Boris Trajkovski aimed at not making pressure on those who are conducting the investigation.

    - I cannot say, it is too early for an answer. To the contrary there will be a lot pressure on this person. But there are people in Macedonia who are very well-informed and are close to sources and should decide when they are to be disclosed, Gross said.

According to him, the blame for Trajkovski's death "should be sought in the West, not in the East".

Gross announced new second report on plane crash of President Boris Trajkovski. If he failed to collect all evidence by June when his mandate ends in PACE, he will request continuation of this mandate.

    - It is natural that great expectation exists; it is present since the start. Macedonians are intelligent and compassionate citizens, everyone knows that the truth is not yet discovered. This is one of the reasons why I was involved, Gross added.

He is convinced that this will help the Macedonian democracy to strengthen and the criticism that he presented the claims only to attract attention and are unserious, Gross said that it was expected.

    - It is obvious and normal because there are many people with bad conscience, who are aware of doing things for which they should defend themselves. The attack is always the best defence. It is easy to discredit someone, who is not well known in Macedonia. I do not mind this. Besides there are many people who know me well and know that I am serious, Gross said.

Prior to his departure to Macedonia, Gross does not hide his concern for his safety.

Its no secret that the SFOR "French" were in charge of Air Trafic control that was guiding the plane on this extremely poor visible day. So i never had dought the blame for Trajkovski's death "should be sought in the West, not in the East".

Trajkovski was a weak President and he had a 2% rating which means nobody believed he was a good President, people only felt sorry coz he died other then that he was no leader.

Mastika, Rogi is correct i certainly wouldnt dispute his figure i know for a fact that when Nikola Gruevski went to do an interview on Kanal 5's Milenko show the security staff had to turn the lights off in the hall ways so a sniper doesnt shoot him, he has around 100 people watching him wherever he goes and that includes snipers positioned near his house and watching over his family.

Yeah, the rumours where strong about Trajkovski being assassinated, i had a gut feeling those rumours had some credability.

He was probably killed because of something to do with the 2001 war, him being a super christian probably felt guilty and wanted to talk about the dealings the government did to sell out the people to the west and "loose" to the shiptar hicks in 2001.

Then the time will come for our brothers to unite, it may not be via a border re-draw but possibly a economic one. Macedonians will have the rights and freedoms as any to travel and educate as they please.
