        Not a folksong but a nice example of Macedonian 60s music.

                  Great song

                  I found this on related videos;
                  YouTube - ÇAMDİBİ BANDOSU 3.BÖLÜM

                  This is Izmir, Turkey. I think they are Macedonia immigrants. Some band playing music and people dancing. Are they singing in Macedonian?

                  It looks like this is just part3 of one hour music and dance in the streets Btw, its hard to believe it`s an amateur music band, they are quite good!

                          I know this song but with Turkish lyrics. The song`s name is "Manastir, dogum yerim" in Turkey, means "Manastir(bitola), my birthplace". Is "Bitola Moj Roden Kraj" has same meaning?

                          There was a very popular tv series few years ago. It was about the life of villager people shortly before Balkan wars and all episodes was filmed in Macedonia. This song was in it`s soundtrack and it became popular again here.

                          Btw, this song`s composer was living in Izmir and he died 1-2 years ago. I think he immigrated to Izmir at 1960s, during mass migrations from Macedonia.
