    Liverpool take on Rabotnicki

Makalek, Whats your tip for this one?

Well, Fernando Torres is still not fully healthy and will be questionable for the two games. I remember Rabotnicki played another team from England in Bolton a couple of years ago and Bolton barely advanced by beating Rabotnicki 2:1 on aggregate.

The Rabotnicki people know their chances of advancing are not very good but they will make money from ticket sales and TV money so they are satisfied with drawing Liverpool. But Rabotnicki still have to play FC Mika on the road on July 22nd and their lead is only 1:0. They can't overlook Mika and think about playing Liverpool. They need to focus on the task at hand and get past Mika first and then worry about Liverpool.

What's with all these players going to the Kazakh, Azeri or Cypriot league. Do the Macedonians have a bad rep in Europe or something?
Yeah, Sumi is still without a club. He wants to stay in England but there doesn't appear to be much interest in him from English clubs. He was linked with Skoda Xanthi last week but who knows if that's true.

Also Filip Despotovski is currently without a club.

As for the transfers to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, it's about money. These clubs have offered much more money than teams from stronger leagues so the Macedonian internationals have decided to follow the money.

19 year old Dragan Georgiev has joined Mainz. He will be on loan for one year. During the next few weeks of training, Mainz will decide whether Georgiev will stay with Mainz or if he is not ready for the Bundesliga, he will be sent to a team in the 2nd Bundesliga and then at the end of the year, Mainz will make a decision whether to buy him from his Macedonian club Turnovo. Good luck to Georgiev.

Rabotnicki drew 0:0 against Mika today so they advance 1:0 on aggregate and will face Liverpool in the next round.

Teteks is currently leading Ventspils 2:0 at halftime. The first game finished 0:0 so Teteks has a good chance of advancing as well.

Velice Sumulikoski is on trial at English team Crystal Palace. The current manager of Crystal Palace is George Burley who was formerly the manager of Scotland. Crystal Palace played a friendly today and it seems Sumi had a good game, according to a Crystal Palace forum.

Here is the goal by Georgiev:

It was a left footed shot from 18 meters. It starts around the 20 second mark.

The Bileti for the Rabotnicki-Liverpool game are sold out, many Liverpool fans will be in Skopje. Whats your prediction for this game? Kanal 5 will be broadcasting the game.

Rabotnicki today sold Muarem to Turkish team Orduspor but I don't like their chances. I watched the Mika game in the previous round and Mika dominated that match and Rabotnicki was very lucky to advance. Mika created tons of chances but their finishing was terrible.

Maybe Rabotnicki can surprise Liverpool at home in front of 20,000 fans by getting a draw but it will be tough even though Liverpool will be without Fernando Torres, Javier Mascherano, Dirk Kuyt and some other players.

Rabotnicki will make some money from this game and I read an article that Rabotnicki will make over 1 million euros this month. They sold Muarem for 100,000 euros to Orduspor, Kristijan Naumovski to Dinamo Bucuresti for 120,000 euros, Bozinovski and Bojovic went for 50,000 euros each and with the money from the tickets and TV rights, they should make over a million euros this month.

There will be a cool million for Rabotnicki, no doubt about it.

Makalek, How's this for a goal celebration?

I saw the celebration yesterday and it was very good. It's already got over 1,500,000 views in less than two days.

                                LOL BILLY

I also find it... ridiculously and pathetic, first of all there are zero emotions in a goal scored from penalty.

Maybe.. maybe I would understand such 'performance' if that goal was scored by 35m with scissor kick but this.. this deserve only Prolet attention.
