BEDEM - What kind of organization is it?

Does anyone know more about the organization called "Bedem" in Macedonia? Who are they and what do they stand for? I just read an article that 1500 Macedonian soldiers left the organization Dostoinstvo to join Bedem, and that Bedem now has 8500 members mostly soldiers from the Macedonian army and those who fought in the 2001.
