Defiance through embracing ones chains...this has got to be a Macedonian only concept, one that I'm struggling to understand or come to terms with. Does anyone have a scalpel - I need to perform a labotomy on myself, maybe then I'll get it.

TLWR, I can't watch the clip at the moment, but it looks like a joke. Is it? If so, the title is misleading and will need to be altered, or, your thread integrated into the Macedonian Humour section, as you suggested.

I have not looked, I will assume we are talking about the FoC (Flag of Capitulation).
The Greeks should applaud these flags because they represent one of Greece's biggest wins.

The next time a Greek politician visits Australia who is anti-Macedonian, Macedonians should greet him/her by throwing flags at them which depict the symbol of capitulation.

I would rather throw something else at Greek politicians, not so soft

I would congratulate them for bluffing Macedonians into believing they cannot be Macedonians any more. How they have done it is beyond me.

I think this year, Macedonians should celebrate Independence Day (8 September) by waving the Yugoslav flag. For Illinden, we can find some old Ottoman flags and round that off by waving Albanian flags on 13 August (10th anniversary of the Framework Agreement). We can think of others just for the fun of it...maybe the Bulgarian flag for Goce Delcev's birthday or the American flag for UMD's anniversary?

Maybe just use the EU flag for everything??
I have no idea why I see it everywhere in Macedonia.

He should have done it right, this is a big let down. He should have added our one and only flag. This is an anticlimax.

About the labotomy - which part of the brain do I need to remove? Keep in mind, I still want to be able to drink without drooling...is that possible?

But I'm still not understanding the logic in using a symbol of national humiliation to 'stick it to the greeks' when they are the ones who forced us to use it in the first place...so there still is need for a lobotomy!

Maybe this thread should of went to Macedonian Humour, but I'm kind of glad it's got it's own thread…
What this shows, clearly how easy it is to manipulate and edit such import website such as Google Earth…I need not mention about Wikipedia, Greeks favourite source of information…
I am disappointed as to how far they have gone with this and not use the real Macedonian Flag..but I'm sure this was done by kids who do not know the real meaning to why we were force to change our Flag..
I find it amusing because Greeks think they have the upper hand for everything when it comes to the Macedonian Issue…but they do not realise who there messing with..They are so up themselves and do not realise how the Macedonians have exposed them in all their False History, lies and propaganda..
The Hellenic ERA ended with Phillip & Alexander the Macedonians and now the Modern Greek ERA will end again shortly with the Macedonians..
                              History repeats it's self..
