Congratulations to Stephen Harper, good news for Macedonians in Canada and across the world.
In the name of the blood and the sun, the dagger and the gun, Christ protect this soldier, a lion and a Macedonian.

Here! Here!, can't agree more SoM!
On Delchev's sarcophagus you can read the following inscription: "We swear the future generations to bury these sacred bones in the capital of Independent Macedonia. August 1923 Illinden"

                  Q. What do you think of the UMD? I like to know because you're Canadian and they have yet to get a single person attending Summer Slam.

Blame the Greek System not the people

                    By Risto Stefov

                    May 8, 2011

For a long time I have observed and once in a while have reported on the specifics of some of the Greek people’s “disgraceful” behaviour towards the Macedonians; but can one blame the people for doing what they were taught by their educational system?

It is no secret and it should not be a surprise to anyone that Greece has a problem with its own national identity and from time to time it flares up into a full blown crisis. To resolve such crises Greek governments and Greek nation guardians often resort to scare tactics, blaming “outsiders” or “subversives from the inside” for causing such problems.

To maintain “national integrity” Greece needs to focus away from its own problems and for that it needs enemies and if such enemies do not exist, it invents them. Many Greeks have thanked me for my writing because, even though it is perceived as hostile to them, it is viewed as “a good thing” because it gives them reasons to unite the Greek people and fight against it.

I must mention however, that my intentions are not “hostile” towards the Greek people. My aim through my writing has always been to expose the “racist Greek system” for what it really is and I am doing this in defense of the oppressed Macedonian and other people who live in Greece who cannot fight for themselves. These people, especially the Macedonians, are often targets of systemic discrimination and lack even the most basic human rights.

Most people may not be aware that the Greek national identity is based on a “myth” which has been perpetuated and promoted for nearly two centuries now and to some extent has taken root all around the world. But based on how Greek governments behave when the “Greek national identity” is threatened, it would appear that such roots have not developed well inside Greece . This is because it is easier to lie and fool people in the outside world who know nothing about “ Greece ” and have been fed lies for two centuries than it is to lie and fool people who do know “ Greece ” from the inside.

It is not a secret that Modern Greece is a 19th century artificial creation, fabricated by Western Europe as a necessity to serve its own political agenda. One may say “there is nothing wrong with that”; such practices are common worldwide. But in order to “fabricate” Greece , these Western European architects had to destroy and forever suppress the local living and vibrant cultures that existed on those lands before Greece ’s creation. Living cultures and languages that took centuries to develop had to die so that a long gone and 2,500 year old dead culture could be resurrected. And to destroy something natural and living for the sake of creating something artificial, like a Frankenstein’s monster, to suit some political agenda, to me is a crime.

After the Western European Imperialists convinced themselves that they were “superior” in every respect to the rest of the people in this world, they used their “superiority” to enslave parts of Asia , Africa and America . After they had done this they needed to prove to themselves and to their own people that this was a “civilized” thing to do and thus worthy of their role on this planet. But to justify that what they were doing was morally acceptable they needed to show that historically this was “civilized” practice.

Perceiving themselves as “civilized”, they elevated themselves above the others and gave themselves the moral right to enslave people different from themselves. And thus slavery of non-European people became an acceptable and moral practice.

But when these same Europeans, through science, discovered that segments of their “precious” civilization may have come from the ancestors of the people they just enslaved, they resorted to historic revisionism. Instead of correcting their errors and changing their practices, they continued to enslave people and resorted to covering up the truth by changing history to suit their agenda. There were, unfortunately, many problems: if not from the ancestors of the enslaved, then where did these Europeans get their civilization?

In their desperate attempts to find answers these Europeans searched hard through history and discovered exactly what they needed in the Ancient City States that once existed 2, 500 years ago, located in today’s most southern tip of Greece .

Ignoring the old model of history, 19th century politically motivated European scholars created a new model in which “everything” was attributed to the Europeans.

With the power of the printing press and advancements in public education the 19th century revised history became the new history of Europe and of the world, knowledge which, to a large extent, exists and is taught in schools worldwide to this day.

There is no day that goes by that one does not see on television, hear on the radio, read in a book, newspaper, or magazine about the “feats” of the “Ancient Greeks”!

It makes one wonder “what was the rest of the world doing” when these so-called “Ancient Greeks” were “inventing”, “discovering” and “philosophizing” about all things in the world and beyond?

So much has been promoted as “fact” about the deeds of these so-called “ancient Greeks” that it would fill all the shelves in a modern library! But have you ever wondered where all this information came from?

Some say it was discovered written on stones in Greece . But how many stones would it take to write enough volumes to fill a modern library? And where are those stones today? If you ask me, I would say that those 19th century imperialist sponsored historians had fertile imaginations and through the strokes of their ink pens wrote pretty stories for us, stories of a bunch of white men spending their time in town squares “discovering things”, “inventing mathematics and science” and “philosophizing” about this, that and the other while their slaves toiled in their fields making them rich; something like the 19th century European men were doing! “Civilized” men doing “civilized” things!

However that was not all that these 19th century “civilized” Europeans did! Infatuated by the promotion of this newly discovered phenomenon called “Ancient Greece” many European “civilized intellectuals” became friends (Philhellenes) of these so-called “Ancient Greeks” (Hellenes) and began to believe that their culture and civilization could be resurrected! And what better place to resurrect it than on top of the ruins on which the 2,500 year old extinct “Ancient Hellenes” once existed?

Crazy as the idea may sound, it was nevertheless put into practice by first driving out the Ottoman element from the region and later convincing and coercing the native population to become the descendents of the “Ancient Greeks” and to embrace this new identity complete with a brand new and extinct language.

Unfortunately, to make room for this newly created identity, culture and language, existing identities, cultures and languages had to be destroyed. And in time, as Greece expanded its territory northward, more identities, cultures and languages had to die in order for this artificially created identity to survive and take root.

To make room for Hellenism in Macedonia all people who did not subscribe to the idea had to be murdered, tortured, jailed, driven out of their homes and permanently exiled. The Macedonian language had to be banned and made illegal to speak, all Macedonian personal and place names had to be changed and made into Greek, all markings including church icons, bibles, gravestones, monuments, inscribed stones, etc. had to be destroyed and replaced with Greek ones. In a matter of a couple of decades after Greece annexed Macedonian lands, Macedonia was transformed into an unrecognizable place. A living and vibrant culture and language were destroyed in order to make room for Hellenism.

Outside of the above that was done to Macedonia by the Greek system, the people too through the Greek educational system were aggressively brainwashed to passionately “embrace” Hellenism and reject and loathe their true identity, mother tongue and culture. While “Hellenism” and those subscribing to it were elevated to “god” status, other cultures were violently put down and made socially unacceptable. This is similar to what was done to the indigenous people in the Americas after the Europeans invaded, conquered and colonized the American continent.

As common European colonists were taught to hate the indigenous people and the indigenous people to hate themselves, so were Greeks taught to hate Macedonians and Macedonians to hate themselves. These measures, propagated by educational systems on both sides, affected both the indigenous people of America and the Macedonian people in Greek occupied Macedonia in a similar manner sending them into downward spirals of never ending depression. The difference here, however, is that former Western European colonies and now countries like Canada and Australia have taken some measures to correct these practices. Greece on the other hand remains defiant and continues to practice apartheid and racism against its own people.

For more than two centuries now, the Western world has been taught by modern educational systems that somehow everything in its civilized existence is owed to the “Ancient Greeks”. Since Greece was created as a country for the first time in 1829, the Greek educational system has been teaching the “new Greek people” as well as the rest of the world that the Modern Greeks are a homogeneous race that has descended from the “Ancient Greeks” from 2,500 years ago and that the Modern Greeks (a mongrel race of people) are unquestionably the inheritors of the Ancient Greek heritage.

With Greece ’s expansion into Macedonian territories, Greece has since extended itself the courtesy of also usurping the Ancient Macedonian heritage entirely at the expense of the Macedonian people.

In other words, the new and mythical Greeks created by the Philhellenes in early 19th century from the Slav, Albanian, Vlach and remnant Turkish settlers and colonists, are now also the inheritors of the Ancient Macedonian heritage and they, along with the new colonists they brought to Macedonia in the 1920’s from Asia Minor, are now the New Macedonians and descendents of the Ancient Macedonians. Worse, according to the claims of these “New Macedonians”, the indigenous Macedonians whom they found there when they invaded, occupied and annexed their lands, now do not exist!

Reinforced by the world’s false belief that (1) the Ancient Greeks are “somehow” responsible for the development of “Western Civilization”, coupled with (2) the false belief that “somehow” the Modern Greeks are related to the Ancient Greeks, has gained Greece undeserving respect from the world.

Encouraged by this respect, Greece has excessively abused its privileges and through its propagation of falsehood continues to usurp the Macedonian heritage while pushing the Macedonian people into extinction. A practice which needs to end now!

                    But before the wrongs done against the Macedonian people can be righted, a couple of things will need to take place;

                    1. The world will need to know the truth about who the Modern Greeks are and the purpose and circumstances under which Modern Greece was created.

                    2. The world will need to know the truth about what Greece has done over the years to the Macedonian and other non-Greek people living in Greece in the name of Hellenism.

The wrongs that Greece has committed against its Greek and non-Greek population cannot be blamed on the Greek people because people do what is expected of them; the blame for the Greek fiasco and catastrophe in Macedonia must be placed squarely on the shoulders of the European and Greek educational systems which have taught and encouraged people to behave in this way.

These wrongs can only be righted with the recognition that there is something wrong with Greece which needs to be corrected and this change can only come either from the outside or from the top.

After it has been recognized and accepted that “there is something very wrong with Greece ” and corrective measures have been undertaken, then the educational systems will need to be changed to make sure such falsehoods are removed from the curriculums and replaced with accurate information.

No need to conceal about who has the biggest responsibility for poisoning ordinary Greek people`s mind against all their neighbors and who is responsible for the racism and hatred in Greece.

                      It`s the Greek church.

They fully support and fund neo-nazi organizations in Greece and Cyprus, calling them "patriots, protectors of hellenism".
They intervene to all internal and external policies of Greece since they are politicians more than a clergymen.
                      They decide about how their school books should be;

BBC, News, BBC News, news online, world, uk, international, foreign, british, online, service

Greeks needs their own Martin Luther to end the reign of church and break this medieval mindset but unfortunately, this wont happen in foreseeable future because both Greek and Greek Cypriots trusts their their church more than any other organization in their country, more than their parliament, army.

I took that photo and the UMD is the ONLY organization that will not use OUR flag in diaspora for obvious reasons - US Government and Phil Reeker.
