Daniel the Great, that is the original farcry and was only on PC.
Far cry 2 which is fairly recent is on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
I wouldn't recommend far cry 2 though, i picked it up on PS3 a while ago and returned it withing a few days...wasn't what videos/previews made it out to be.
From some of the comments on the youtube link, apparently one of the leading programmers at Crytek is Maco, so from what they say there were quite a few Macedonian easter eggs.Comment

No worries, heres some other images i found.
These other ones include the famous church in Ohrid (St. John at Kaneo, Свети Јован Канео...correct me if I'm wrong) overlooking the lake and to go with it theres some good old piperki
