    It is great to see that. Specially when the greeks like to claim them as greek. There's another Former Hockey player Steve Staios (who now works in the front office of The Toronto Maple Leafs) who the greeks say is greek, but wrong again. We don't hide!

    I've known her parents over 35 years and she is related to Steven Stamkos. Her dad is from Armensko and mom from Banitsa.

    Prolet, is your ignorance always this impulsive? The word 'volja' means 'will', as in to 'have a will to survive', but it can also mean something similar to 'liking', for example, 'zadovolno' means 'satisfied'. It's origins are PIE, hence the obvious english cognate of 'will'.

    It may have a more limited meaning in today's Macedonian speech, but that doesn't mean it wasn't originally a Macedonian place-name to begin with. When it was established a 100 or 200 years ago, 'voli' was obviously more common-place in the local dialects than it is today.
