Absolutely, Albanian is the state tongue of Albania and should be compulsory for all citizens of that country, the Macedonians in Albania should, and do, respect the state that they live in. However, Macedonian should always be available for the Macedonians to learn their native tongue, and the Macedonian culture should be allowed to prosper freely.
