SOM, You might have thrown in a joke but i think the topic about the Macedonian Monarchy is always an interesting one, keep in mind that Monarchs around Europe and Asia did tend to mix up a fair bit, they married into Royal Families.

As for Nestor Oginar he is no Macedonian King thats for sure, i dont dispute that.

I think this guys artist messed up...those look like Hollywoods rendition of Leonidas and his 300 ....with the Vergina sun on the shield? Looks cool though.

Not sure thou it was the Artist that did.. This Tattoo is Tattooed on a Macedonian.. I would have done it differently and not based on that movie..either way it is a nice Tat..
