Krale Marko and Tsar Samuil just to name a few famous Macedonian Monarchs. I wont lie to you, ancient history is not exactly my strong point especially the part about the Macedonian Monarchy. Not alot is written on Monarchy in Macedonia but slowly the books are starting to come out. A chat with Pasko Kuzman would be nice, i know he has a bit of information about all this.

Ok, the reference you made to the monarchy seemed to be in relation to the symbol on your avatar, I am not aware of Samoil or Marko using such an emblem to represent their kingdoms or monarchies at the time.

I, like you, have come over to this forum and it is good to see that there is open discussion and dialogue about Macedonian issues without overbearing rhetoric and "patriotism".

Thanks Prolet, but that's something you would say about a forum that is just starting out isn't it, lol? We have been here for over a year now, and this forum has grown much, and will continue to grow so long as we remain principled.

This forum is still relatively new and hopefully it will grow and become much bigger then it is. Me and you cant make a difference by ourselves but contribution from the others will help generate this forum into something important for everybody especially for the Macedonians who live outside of Macedonia.

On the subject of symbols i heard that the states simbols for macedonia are not changing anything else except the stars to come out.

Prolet, define and then explain what you mean by Macedonian Monarchy, and anything supportive in elaboration to those points.

SOM, Every country in the world at some stage of their history have or have had monarchy or had been ruled under the monarchy. We even had an example in Bulgaria where a monarch was their prime Minister not so long ago. Look at western Europe its filled with monarchs, take Great Britain for example where they are exposed all over the tabloids.

The Monarchy in Macedonia is not mentioned alot in our history but it definitely exists, look at states like Monaco,Lichtenstein,Andorra they are currently ruled by Monarchy. Im not exactly sure about your question, are you asking me to give you more details and facts about our monarchy or you do not believe that we've ever had a monarchy?? Like i stated earlier Krale Marko and Tsar Samoil are good examples of Macedonian Monarchs, there were others before them however there is not alot of information about the monarchy in Macedonia...

Risto The Great asked me about my avatar so i gave him a bigger picture of it, i liked it so thats why im using it, i cant say im an expert about what it means and what it represents i do know that it exists however.
