haha ya know how bulgarians say Macedonia is Bulgaria? And then they sing our songs in Bulgarian and say its bulgarian?

Devojche, means "tit" in Bulgarian hahaha

So its like, Macedonian tit, when they sing it.

I am positive this is a Turkish thing.
I know my relatives in Egej do the same thing. It is not really a nod for "no", it is a lifting of the head with an inhaled "T" sound.

Does this not happen in the Republic? I seemed to recall seeing it in Bitola.

I know 100% in skopje it doesnt happen, I havn't seen it once.In bitola cause I havent been there for a long time I really cant remember. But its just a bit odd . I am quite suprised they do it in Egej.

Yeah, I've seen this a lot - mainly from the older people though.

Though, I don't think it's anything unique to the Macedonians... I've seen Indians doing the same.
