1. In Macedonia Albanians have 7500 births per year. Out of 23000 people born in the country (12000 being Macedonians) they make up around 32% of all briths
2. The Albanians have around 32% of all school age children in primary and lower secondary schools (grade 1-8)
3. In every election they cast around 240000 votes and this has not changed since independence (although this can be manipulated with fake voters)
They currently make up 22% on the low end to 27% on the high end giving a number of around 470000 Albanians living in the country.
The only good trend is that they are emigrating en mass out of the country. Approximately 4500 Albanians emigrate from Macedonia every year. In my opinion this is why the Albanians are trying to fight to make the country Bi-national as that way they do not have to have a certain quota in order to be guaranteed rights. The only good thing Macedonians did with the Ohrid Framework Agreement was attach a percentage stipulation for rights.
