Here is the complete census data for Greece from 1907 to 1981, Macedonians are noted.

Greeks lets start denying this data...... or better yet, stick your heads in the sand like the ostriches do.

Could you please, if possible, highlight the Albanian section.
I am very curious to see those numbers, but I am having trouble making it out as the font is is small and hard to read. The highlight really helps.

              Thanks guys
Just one question, the link you provided me was for USSR and Europe, I thought this was for the linguistic composition of Greece?
The 3.3 million is Albanian speakers in Europe/USSR?

Sorry boys, just a little confused....

Now according to this, the number of people who speak Albanian in Greece as their mother-tounge is 450 thousand in 1978?
In the Pelloponese , none as their mother tounge and 8,200 as bilinguals in 1969?
I dont care too much for the rest of Greeces numbers other than the Pelloponesse, thats what Im really interested in.
              Any clarification would be appreciated.
              Thanks guys

Spartan, the link Makedonin has given you goes to the TOTAL of the speakers in the given regions of Europe or USSR, you will notice that ther is a "V" either in the Europe or the USSR column, thus there are 3300000 Albanian speakers in Europe and 1300000 Macedonian speakers.

I hope this clear things up for you my friend.

yes Rogi, but the maximum width of a picture is 500px, if bigger they are not shown correctly, the theme used has a width of 500px in the center column, thus they must be thumbnailed to that size, but they will be bigger then now. I will adjust them accordingly.
