Macedonia ranks 73rd according to the World Bank’s Logistics Performance Index (LPI), which represents an interactive benchmark created by the international banking institution.
The benchmark should help countries recognize challenges and possibilities they face in trade and logistics in order to improve their efficiency.
According to the LPI 2010 report, Macedonia got 2.77 points. The goal of the ranking is to see which position a certain country takes on the global level and to lobby government organisations for elimination of logistics obstacles identified by the World Bank.
