    I suppose "Erzogewiner" means Herzegoviner, from Herzegovina.

    Thank you Daniel!

        Interesting source Daniel. Austria was the power that fought the Ottomans. It was the stage of for immigrants that lately migrated in Russia and formed the Hussar regiments..

        Among them was the Makedonskiy (Macedonian) regiment.

        The relevant part of the above translates as:

        Large masses of immigrants such as Vlachs, Bulgarians, Macedonians, Herzegowiner, Albanians, and specially Bosnians were settled in that Land.
        Many of them were robbers and bandits and were called outlaws;
        others, specially the unmarried served military.
        At the given time, the serbian Senate estimated the fighters from the given population to a 100.000 of them;
        So among all those immigrants, there were Macedonians.
        To enquire after the impression behind an idea is the way to remove disputes concerning nature and reality.

          Thank you Makedonin, that translation is much better.

          There has got so much information out there proving that we are Macedonians and nothing else.

          I will search for some more on the internet and extend my research to the libraries when i can, things like this must be revealed for the world to see.
