Kresna is the name of a town and a gorge formed by the Struma River in south-western Bulgaria.

The point is named after the town of Sandanski in southwestern Bulgaria in connection with Yane Sandanski (1872–1915), a leader of the Bulgarian liberation movement in Macedonia.

That does not change the fact that these places were named after Macedonia.

Huh? They named it with those names because they obviously think of them as Bulgarian place names. They did not do it to please Macedonians.

dtg that's right .Pirin Macedonia i don't think was considered because it'was macedonian more so because it's bulgarian & it's a station there.It's of no value to us at all.
