You may be getting confused between the profile picture and the avatar.

Go to "User CP", then down to "Settings and Options" where there is the option "Edit Avatar".

That should fix your problem.

How come my display picture isn't working?, I have uploaded my display picture and I can see it in my forum profile but I can't see it here under my forum username when I post a comment on a Thread on the forum.

When I originally got my flag avatar it was waving with animation.but you can't get that across it would have been good to get the flag wave across.

I’ve added my profile picture on my user CP but for some reason the edit avatar isn’t working! fix it RTG...

We will have a good way to do this shortly.
If you want one created for you, you can upload the picture here on this thread using the "paper clip" using an advanced reply. As long as it is not offensive, we will convert it for you.

You will note it only allows files of certain sizes when you use the "paperclip". If it becomes too hard, we will have a support email address for you to send files to us soon.
