    Goran Pandev announces birth of his son

    Macedonian player Goran Pandev (Inter Milan) announced the birth of his first child – a baby boy - on his Facebook page Wednesday.

    The good news comes just one day after Inter overpowered Barcelona 3:1 after a thrilling Champions League semi-final at San Siro, first leg on Tuesday.

    Congratulations on the birth of Pandev's newborn baby boy appeared on his Facebook Fan Page. Pandev's teammate Diego Milito welcomed daughter a few weeks ago.

    MILAN - Goran Pandev's first-born son Filippo was born today. Mother Nadia and Filippo are doing fine. The Macedonian striker celebrated with his team-mates before this morning's training session in Appiano Gentile.

    From Massimo Moratti, FC Internazionale and all the fans, congratulations to Goran and Nadia, and a big welcome to Filippo.

    Filippo interesting choice of a name.
    Congratulations to him his wife and his hole family.

    Filippo is an interesting choice of name indeed, could be perceived as sort of Italianised, was that the intention?
    In the name of the blood and the sun, the dagger and the gun, Christ protect this soldier, a lion and a Macedonian.

      I'm not sure, the name dose sound Italian, so i think that was the intention to make it sound Italianised.
      But never the less it is a pretty good name.
