Borza also questions the authenticity/validity of the so called Greeks from Argios who travelled north and commenced the Macedonian house of Royalty!

The old view that the ancient Macedonians had their origin as a Greek people has been largely discredited, except by those for whom Greek origins for the Macedonians is a necessarry component of modern Balkan politics.

interesting is it safe to say that the view that Macedonians were greeks is mostly a modern creation based mostly on politics-ideology...the primary sources prove otherwise..is interesting most of the greekspeaking blobs in Macedonia are along the Thessalian border
