![]() An oldie but a goodie. There are many variations to this heroic tale, but they all involve a demonstration of patience, forbearance and wittiness. Most importantly, they teach us the necessity of Macedonian wisdom.
In his 2009 retelling of this timeless Macedonian classic, President Ivanov shows how our wisdom became the envy of many. He recalls the tale of Gligorov and his protege Crvenkovski, and how they gave the Macedonians two decades of blissful freedom, prosperity and progress. And all this was due to the wisdom, now envied by many, displayed by Gligorov and Crvenkovski. Quote:
